It is a 100 square meters appartement with 2 bedrooms (on of them with additional mezzanine). American kitchen. Beautiful 30 m2 terrasse with jacuzzi just in front of the "green zone". Each bedroom has its own luxury bathroom and large closet.
During your stay, you can enjoy the swimming pool of the hotel "cafe de Paris" located at less than 100 meters from the appartement.

We have been traveling a lot in latin America and we see Nosara as a really wonderful place.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
You will have a wonderful time in Nosara. A lot of people see it as the perfect mix between beautiful nature, beach and "the everything you need" as good restaurants (at walking distance), small clinic (at 50 meters from the condo) , security (at 100 meter from the condo) etc. The community of Nosara is a mix of native and foreign people. Wonderful spot for surfing, famous for yoga, river tour possible, birds and wildlife watching, zip line canopy tour, horse riding, excellent fishing. With a 20 min drive you will reach Playa Otional, which is a world famous nesting spot for the Olive Ridley Sea Turtle.
