We have been traveling a lot in latin America and we see Nosara as a really wonderful place.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
You will have a wonderful time in Nosara. A lot of people see it as the perfect mix between beautiful nature, beach and "the everything you need" as good restaurants (at walking distance), small clinic (at 50 meters from the condo) , security (at 100 meter from the condo) etc. The community of Nosara is a mix of native and foreign people. Wonderful spot for surfing, famous for yoga, river tour possible, birds and wildlife watching, zip line canopy tour, horse riding, excellent fishing. With a 20 min drive you will reach Playa Otional, which is a world famous nesting spot for the Olive Ridley Sea Turtle.

I am currently at this condo, and wishing I had another week or month here. I have been to Nosara often, and so glad I found this condo for this trip. I am alone, and enjoying the security of the location of this unit being on the backside of a small strip mall. Yet very, very private!!!! So wonderful to sit here with the doors open and listening to the surf and watching the howler monkeys and rufous-naped wrens in the trees. Yesterday I photographed a Trogon in the tree right off the patio. I love Nosara - and always recommend clients to Nosara - and they always enjoy this location too. The wonderful white sand beach, Playa Guiones, is awesome, and the restaurants are perfect. The condo is within easy walking distance of everything you need ... mini market, organic market, liquor store, many tasty restaurants, rental car companies, banks for cash, fruit stands, etc. Nosara is very easy to get to by either local air or driving or hiring a driver/van from Liberia. I highly recommend this condo. The back bedroom is very comfortable, with a very comfortable bed, great private bath, and huge closet off bath. The front bedroom is very nice too, but noisier with street traffic. Condo has a wonderfully well appointed full kitchen, and very comfortable couch for lounging, very spacious, and very well lit. Book it, you will love it!!!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here a year ago. It was a beautiful condo with everything you need. Great location - near an organic market and Coconut Harry's surf shop. The Cafe Paris bakery is amazing. We loved that we had access to the pool at the hotel across the way, too. Super nice loungers in the shade to hang out on in the heat of the day. Great service thru the hotel, too, but still a private residence. Best of both worlds!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+.
