A beautifully furnished condominium and complex. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath has granite in the kitchen and both bathrooms. Guest bathroom is tiled with tub and shower and master bath is tiled with glass enclosed shower with body jets. All new windows and new window treatments in Master Bedroom and kitchen.
The balcony has a bar height glass table and two bar stools. No looking through the balcony rail at this condo. Cable, wireless are ready to use.
Being on the 4th floor the view of the sunrise and down the beach is spectacular. All upgraded 2008.
The complex has the largest pool on the beach, shuffle board, putting green and sauna, all for your enjoyment.

- Shuffle board and putting green (bring your own putter, and/also check the closet by the front door) are available when coming in off the beach. If the ""sticks and pucks" are not in the container by the shuffle board, ask for them at the office on the first floor of the condo during office hours. A shower is available for rinsing when coming off the beach and for checking for tar on your feet and shoes with kerosene for cleaning, if neccessary which is rare.

Why the Owner Chose Cape Canaveral
The Central Florida east coast is the home of the US Space launching facility, Kennedy Space Center. It is the closest beach to Disney World. Cape Canaveral port has three active cruise lines just 5 miles from the condo. The beaches are beautiful, there is a fishing pier, restaurants, golf courses, warm in the winter. The area is an all around vacation area.
