  Seems I forgot to write a review following our stay at the start of 2012. We spent three months in Brickell in this apartment and it was fantastic. It is possibly even better than the photos, and they are wow. Everything about the apartment and the building were great, from the people on reception, the facilities and the apartment. The owner was great too. It is close to the Metro Mover station, the bus and train stations and the great selection of restaurants in Mary Brickell Village. The supermarket is about 5 minutes away. The view from the balcony was amazing, we spent hours just watching the world go by. Although the apartment is very 'open plan' it was private too. I can't say enough great things about this place, shame it is already booked for early 2013 otherwise we would have been back!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

  My family and I enjoyed out stay at this clean and well furnished condo in the Brickell area of Miami. It was close to the metro mover, which made it easy for me to get to work, a grocery store, and Mary Brickell village, where one can find good restaurants. The property owner was pleasant to meet, and the building is in great shape. I would highly recommend the condo, especially for those doing business in downtown Miami.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

  There is nothing negative to say about this property or experience. You walk in the door and there is only one thing that comes into mind - WOW. The views are breathtaking and with two stories of glass as the focal point when you enter it is a "stop you in your tracks" moment. I have now rented here twice. The apartment is meticulous. It is beautifully and tastfully decorated, well stocked with the basics, spotless but also is extremely comfortable and inviting. While the bedrooms are more of a loft type of feature, I was amazed at the amount of privacy it affords you. Terrace is mesmorizing with the views - you had to pry me away from it. The building is great - the gym is fantastic, the pool is awesome and heated, great roof top deck with a hot tub - the views, day and night, are spectacular. The building is spotless, modern and service very attentive. Neighborhood is fantastic - walking distance to incredible restaurants, a block from the grocery store, a few blocks from the bay and a short taxi hop to South Beach, the design district and Coconut Grove. Truly could not ask for more - except for maybe room service :-). Owner is great - very responsive although there is not much to respond to. But he truly cares about your experience, and makes you well aware if you need anything he is a phone call away. An extraordinary experience. Will be back every year.
