Walk through the door of this bright, attractive condo, and you are on vacation! This unit has been completely remodeled and redecorated from floor to ceiling. All appliances are brand new, as well as kitchen and bathroom fixtures, flooring, and lighting.
The entire unit has a fun, beachy look and feel - decorated in soft aquas, corals, blues, and turquoise. The living room has a 32" flat screen TV and a DVD player. You'll also find plenty of books in the two built in bookcases. This condo is a good size - 1500 square feet - a corner unit on the first floor, which makes it very light and bright. There are two bedrooms, and two full baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, bureau, and 26" flat screen TV - it also has its own private bath! The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a bureau. Both bedrooms have roomy closets. A lanai which can be accessed from the master bedroom and living room, looks out onto the tennis court. As we stay here ourselves, we've made every effort to insure anything one might need is provided. In addition to a well appointed kitchen, you will find nice bedding, and plenty of good towels. There is even a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels for your use! It truly has all the comforts of home and is super clean!
Our condo is convenient to everything! Two miles door to door you're at Vero's South Beach. Go over the Barber Bridge and you're at Riverside Park with its walking paths, Art Museum and Riverside Theatre, as well as the fine shops and restaurants in the central beach area. If you feel like a walk, Miracle Mile shopping is less than ten minutes. Here you'll find markets, restaurants, and shops - even a Panera to sit with your morning coffee and paper.
The condo association has a large pool, tennis courts, and club house. All amenities are available to renters.
The condo association rules do not allow for short term rentals. Rentals MUST be a minimum of three months.
This is a NON-SMOKING unit. A small, well-behaved dog 25 lbs. or under is okay, but CATS are DEFINITELY not allowed as the owner as SERIOUS CAT ALLERGIES.

We are an active, retired couple. We have kids and grandkids - love them all, but enjoy getting away for a couple of months during the winter. We enjoy traveling, both love to read, and keep up on the world around us!
Why the Owner Chose Pinetree Village
We've been vacationing in Vero Beach for 12 years, and always enjoyed being there. We found this condo - thought the complex and the location suited us, had stopped skiing, so the time was right!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The thing we like the most is the accessability to everything we're interested in. We love Riverside Park, the theatre and the art museum. All of those things are a two mile drive! South Beach is great - again a two mile drive. If we feel like taking a walk, we can be at the shopping center in ten minutes to get a cup of coffee in the morning and pick up the paper, or we hop in the car, head over to either the Boardwalk or Riverside Park and walk there.
