Welcome to Wild pines located in Bonita Bay, this first floor 2 bedroom 2 bath features an updated kitchen with new counter tops tile throughout the kitchen and living areas and an L-shaped 285 square foot lanai overlooking a landscaped area. This unit offers TV’s in the master bedroom and living room additional bedding two beach chairs and plenty of cooking utensils. Wild Pines is designed with “Olde Florida” style and is conveniently located near the Bonita Bay Clubhouse. Enjoy the outdoors with, tennis, swimming, 13 miles of walking/biking trails, boating or canoeing amenities within the overall community. You may drive and park at the beach using your guest pass from April 31st through November 14th. You must take a shuttle from November 15th through April 30th. The other parks are located within the 2400-acre community. You may drive, bike or walk to the parks and enjoy the many amenities they provide. 7 day minimum lease, internet is not provided with this unit.
