Point Pleasant Resort is three pools, two beaches directly on the site and Coki beach at a walking distance (8 minutes) and Lindquist Beach about 2 miles from Point Pleasant, two restaurants (Agave and Fungi's), tennis courts and training center, 24 hours security.

Why the Owner Chose Point Pleasant
We went to St-Thomas on a cruise ship in 2005 and returned in 2008. We fell in love with St-Thomas the first time. We came back in February 2009 in a condo at Point Pleasant Resort and visited some condos and bought it!

We have chosen our condo (C-9) because it is really spacious, intimate with a magnificent ocean view. We name it "The Paradise" because it is the Paradise!!!
