We had a great time at Dunes Village. The website pictures and description accurately reflected the condo. It was clean and well maintained. The glass wall was really neat and we did see beautiful sunsets from the street side. The owner was quick to respond and easy to work with via email. The amenities were great for young kids, but my observation of other guests with teenagers also seemed to be having a great time. Our family loved both indoor waterparks (as they provided fun for various ages), the outdoor lazy river and hot tubs, putt-putt course, playground, and game room. We also enjoyed the easy access to the beach. The pool side bar and live music outside by the pool added to the vacation feel. The condo staff was nice and friendly. The condo unit itself contained most everything we needed. We will definitely consider returning to Dunes Village for another family get-away and recommend the condo to others. Because we only stayed a few days, there was so much to do on location that we never needed to leave to do other activities in Myrtle Beach, but the drive in/out revealed all of the shopping, golf, amusement parks, and restaurants that could easily fill up a longer vacation. Thanks to the owners for a great stay!

As a local of Myrtle Beach I have been in alot of resorts and Dunes Village is by far my favorite place to stay. This unit is perfect for everyone. The size of the condo is great with plenty of room to spread out. Lots of windows and a huge balcony with great views. The condo was clean and well maintained and the owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to all questions. if you are planning a trip to the Myrtle Beach area I would highly recommend this unit and resort. The amenities are great for all ages and close to all of the attractions Myrtle Beach has to offer

Had a wonderful experience in this condo at Dunes Village. The resort was fantastic and the condo was perfect for our family with two young children. Terri and Carl were very helpful and responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great stay!

Carl is wonderful. Extremely helpful. We had stayed at the Dunes before and loved it. This time we spent two weeks in October and had the best vacation ever. Our kids chose going to the Dunes over Disney World and that says it all. The condo was perfect. Can't wait to return. Thanks Carl!!!!

The condo and the place is great especially if you have kids we had the best time, BUT we stayed there in August it is January and still has not received our deposit back only excuses !!! communication is only an e-mail address not much you can do.....

Great location as you are not far away from all the attractions. Condo was clean and perfect size for our family! My kids absolutely LOVED the waterpark and pool! I can't speak enough about how attentive the Dunes Village staff was to any need or question that we had. We definately want to come back there again! Thanks for making it a week to remember!!!!

A awesome place to stay, our kids loved everything there to do, it kept them busy. This condo is perfect for a family. Owner was very helpful with all of our questions before going. I would go back and stay there again and again!!! The condo was clean, staff at the service desk were very helpful when we had questions.

Awesome rental! The owner's price was even better than the what the resort offered! No problems with communicating with the owner. The children had a blast. Will go back again for sure. Our rental deposit was back in the bank 2days after our return. I really use to wonder how people could stay at the beach for week/months at a time, but when you have a nice unit like this I understand. We will definetly rebook this again in the near future.

We had a great time at the Dunes. The condo was very clean and spacious. Great views from the balcony and the beds were very comfortable. Great stretch of beach and our toddler loved the water park. The resort had lots of activities for children and there were several malls and shopping outlets within 5-10 minutes. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

The place was great and the kids loved getting their own queen sized beds (2) in the guest bedroom. The place is very clean and the 12 floor provided a nice view without much of the noise down on the ground. Not only for kids! Well sure there is a huge water park downstairs but my husband love the pools, saunas, beach and activities so much, we are going back by ourselves. Thanks for the help Carl!

The condo was great, as well as the property. It was quite frustrating that the hotel wouldn't bring us a plunger when one of the toilets was backed up, but the cleaning crew gave us their number and brought us anything we needed. They were great also. I would definitely recommend this property to someone else, and possibly stay there again. My only complaint is that it has been a month, and we still haven't recieved our deposit yet, we did everything in the contract & even the owner said it should have been returned. And the owner is also no longer returning emails. That's very frustrating & there is no other way to get in contact him besides email. The phone number on this listing just rings and hangs up. That's my only complaint.

Ok, first off I was worried about renting from VRBO (first time). I thought I might be renting a fake rental with nothing to check into when the time comes... Long-short of it - We had a great time! Carl (owner I think) was very interested in our well being. Our three kids loved the water park! We loved the restaurants near by! Lastly, the location of the condo (on the side of the building and on the 12th floor) was fantastic! Quiet and serene! Christine, TN

HELLO CARL YOUR PLACE WAS EXACTLY WHAT YOU SAID IT WOULD BE. IT WAS CLEAN AND THE VIEWS WHERE GREAT. MY WIFE LOVED THE BALCONY AT JUST RELAXING AND HAVING A COUPLE OF GLASSES OF WINE .WE ARE GOING TO BOOK NEXT YRS STAY WITH YOU ALSO .WHERE GOING TO TELL ALL OUR FRIENDS.
