It is a semi courtyard split floor plan which gives lots of privacy from your neighbors and other house guests. The open plan kitchen joins the great room with a queen sofa bed. The dining area has a large table and chairs for 6 and breakfast bar with 3 high chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with pantry dishwasher double sink with disposal, built-in microwave and side by side fridge/freezer.

Why the Owner Chose Jupiter
This is my fulltime home. I am leaving to work overseas for 6-8 months and want to rent it out for at least part of the time.
The Unique Benefits of this Single Family
The golf views are great and there is a path around it for walks. It is pedestrian friendly with sidewalks on both sides of the streets and cycle lanes on many roads. The downtown has restaurants and music on weekends. The Roger Dean stadium has plenty going on during spring training.
