Welcome to Trailhead Lodge! This is a newly built, spacious, energy efficient condo located in the heart of downtown Winter Park. You will arrive to find this third floor condo easily accessible by elevator and only a few steps across the parking lot from the fantastic clubhouse. The unit has hardwood and carpeted floors, hardwood finishes, granite counter tops, and is fully stocked with everything you need to settle in for your stay. You will wake up to views of the Winter Park Resort and mountain ranges surrounding the town. A quick walk behind the condo leads you to Hideaway Park-in winter everyone can enjoy sledding and in summer the free concert series, skate park, and playground. All the restaurants, shopping, bars, and entertainment of the town are within walking distance. The ski shuttle will pick you up right outside your door, for a quick ride to the Winter Park Resort. There is plenty of sleeping space to go around, a queen bed and bunk-bed set in the bedroom, and queen sized Murphy bed in the den. You will certainly enjoy your stay at Trailhead Lodge, wanting to return again and again!

Why the Owner Chose Trailhead Lodge:
Our company originally began with a few properties in Breckenridge and Dillon, CO. We have had consistent demand for rentals in the Winter Park area, but needed the manpower to support this expansion. With the growth of our company, we were able to offer services for Winter Park and Fraser in the fall of 2008. The area offers countless winter and summer activities, as well as the serenity of a mountain, vacation experience. We are thrilled with our first experience in this new location, and are looking forward to growth in the future!
