Our beautifully appointed log home is amazingly quiet, bright and airy. The main floor has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with country style cabinetry and a big island. The Wolf gas stove offers a griddle, which is great for your pancakes and sausages before you hit the slopes. The dining room has double French doors leading out to a large deck with a gas burning fireplace. Sit by a wood burning fireplace in the cozy living room while listening to music or watch TV.
The master suite offers a king size bed and a small balcony looking out on the trees of the foot of Whistler Mountain. The en-suite has a heated tile floor, a deep jetted tub and separate shower. Watch the stars through skylights while soaking in the tub or lying in bed. The second bedroom offers a beautiful mountain view, a cozy log bed and its own en-suite. There is also a double bed in the loft which is a great spot to spend a quiet day with a book while gazing out to Rainbow Mountain.
Enjoy the quiet neighbourhood. Our home is a great place to relax and leave the huzzle and bussle of city life behind.

Year Purchased: 2002
Our family has enjoyed skiing in Whistler for 20 years. Whistler has also become our favorite place in the summer, as there is so much to do. Hiking, biking or just walking the dogs around lost lake are some of our activities. We love to get away from the huzzle and buzzle of the busy city life in Vancouver. Now that our family has grown up we want to share our home with travelers around the world.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We park our car in the garage when we arrive and don't use it until we go back to the city. We are in walking distance to the village for shopping and entertainment. We are located a block from Whistler Golf Course, where we love to walk first thing in the morning on the Valley Trail. In the winter it lends itself for fabulous snowshoeing. Our property backs onto the forest, which is fun to explore.
