This rental is perfect for an individual or a couple wanting to enjoy Mazatlan! Rentals on a monthly basis is preferred. All utilities included in the rent of $850 USD/month. Deposit to hold reservation required.

We are two families from Alberta, Canada that purchased this building and completely transformed it into condo dwellings! Al & his family currently reside in Mazatlan where he owns and operates Buy in Mazatlan Real Estate Services. Chris & his family currently reside in Spruce Grove, AB, but try to make annual trips down south to enjoy the culture and good friends in Mazatlan!

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Being in a Mexican neighborhood fulfils our vacation experience! We visit Plazuela Machado daily, either to enjoy a restaurant or the spa, or to bring the kids to enjoy the children's activities on the weekend! We go to the market at least every other day for our fresh produce and visit Panama's for coffee and dessert more often than we should!
