Enjoy the historic city of Mazatlan! Our condo is located in Centro, within one block of the Central Market, a 7 minute walk to Plazuela Machado and a 10 minute walk to the Malecon! We have completely renovated our 800 sq. ft. condo, with a new kitchen, bathroom, windows, private rear balcony off master bedroom, new paint and tile work throughout. Completely furnished including, washer/dryer, StarChoice satellite TV and wireless internet. Open floor plan and new air conditioning offer comfortable living.
This rental is perfect for an individual or a couple wanting to enjoy Mazatlan! Rental on a monthly basis is preferred. All utilities included in the rent of $950 USD/month. Deposit to hold reservation required.

Mazatlan is unlike any other place we have visited in the world! The culture, people & landscape attracted us!! The central location of our property is ideal to all attractions including the market, restaurants, spa and of course the ocean!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Being in a Mexican neighborhood fulfils our vacation experience! We visit Plazuela Machado daily, either to enjoy a restaurant or the spa, or to bring the kids to enjoy the children's activities on the weekend! We go to the market at least every other day for our fresh produce and visit Panama's for coffee and dessert more often than we should!

In 2008-09 we stayed at 811 Canizales for 4 months and 2009-10 for 5 months from late November to late April. The first year we stayed in a unit on the second floor and the second year we stayed on the third floor (top unit). Both of these units are identical in layout. The apartments are both spacious and bright. They have been renovated and are extremely clean and user friendly. The entire unit is done in tile flooring. The living room consists of a sofa and chair, TV (Star Choice, so you get all American and Canadian channels). There is a small balcony off the living room at the front of building. The kitchen is a full kitchen with full size fridge and stove along with plenty of cupboard space with blender, dishes, and pots and pans. The entire area is a very open concept with a dining table for 4 incorporated in the kitchen area. The bedroom is very spacious with lots of drawers and closet space. There is a small balcony also off the bedroom at back of building. The bathroom is very functional with sink, toilet, and shower area. There is also a full size washer and dryer in both units incorporated into the bathroom area. The units also have wireless internet provided which is very convenient. There is an air conditioner in the bedrooms, however, we have never had to use it as there is always a breeze and ceiling fans in all rooms to keep the apartments cool. We find in the evenings, the area to be very quiet by Mexican standards. The apartment is located 1 minute walk to the main market and also to where buses that take you to any part of Mazatlan. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Machado or the Malecon. I would highly recommend this place as a place to stay as you get a taste of the real Mexican culture and its friendly people. It is also nice to have Alan as the owner-landlord as his first language is English and he is very accomodating if you would would happen to have a problem.

The owners of this apartment aren't lying about it being a TERRIFIC value -- spacious, well-equipped, and surprisingly quiet in spite of being smack dab in the heart of old Mazatlan. We planned to stay a week but were having such a good time we extended it to two. Alan's a great source of information on activities, events, and eating places. We can't wait to return so we can once again sit on the front balcony and watch the panorama of life in Mazatlan from our second floor front row seat. The free Wi-Fi was a major plus, as were the onsite washer and dryer. New appliances, big bathroom, very clean, no bugs...you get the picture. We currently live in Zihuatanejo, another Mexican paradise south of here, (having escaped Wisconsin and Manitoba)...but now we've got this idyllic spot to look forward to later this year! (I'd better shut up or these apartments will be all booked up before I make my reservation.) Great job, amigos! See you soon!
