Our condo is ground level and only steps away from the pool, rancho & patio, laundry room and parking lot. Our condo has been recently renovated and refurnished. Fresh paint, new refrigerator (and second "beverage fridge"), AC, TV, local telephone, wireless internet access, ceiling and floor fans, toaster oven, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, kettle, blender, new sectional queen size sofa bed, large 3 pc bathroom, plenty of closet space.
A quick 3 minute walk around the corner to the grocery store, a 5 minute walk to the beach and only a 8 minutes walk into the town of Samara. The bus stop is outside the complex's gate so taking a bus is always an option.
Samara offers services of bank, car rentals, groceries, hardware store, internet, doctor, pharmacy, numerous cafes, restaurants and bars, tour agencies (fishing, scuba diving, canopy tours, surfing lessons, horseback rides, etc., shuttle, taxi, dental, spa & salons.

Our family purchased our condo as an escape from the long, cold Canadian winters. The condo is an excellent "home away from home" as the atmosphere is calm, welcoming and enables us to spend each day as a family.
Why the Owner Chose Samara
Our condo is located just outside of Samara, Guanacuste, Costa Rica. We are on the Nicoya Peninsula and near the beach. The condo is away from the hustle of Samara yet walking distance from the beach, grocery store and town of Samara. We are located on a paved road and have easy access to Nicoya and Liberia.
