Step inside this sunny 1-bedroom condo in Beachwood Villas and you know immediately that you are at the beach! With its tiled floors and coastal décor in vivid tones of lemon, lime, peach and blue, this second floor unit accommodates up to 4 guests. Its convenient Seagrove Beach location is only 70 yards from the pedestrian boardwalk beach access, with multiple shopping and dining options in either direction along Scenic 30A. Seaside is located less than 2 miles to the west; Rosemary Beach is approximately 6 miles to the east.
The bright living area consists of living room, dining room and kitchen in one open space. The living room is furnished with sunny yellow sleeper sofa, cushioned wicker rocker with ottoman and upholstered chair, all positioned around the armoire containing TV and DVD player. Sliding glass doors allow lots of natural light and open to a west-facing balcony overlooking the landscaped grounds and tennis courts.
The dining area has a round white and natural wood cottage style table that seats 4. The adjacent breakfast bar has additional seating for 3. The bright white kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, electric range/oven, dishwasher and microwave.
The bedroom is furnished with queen bed and small TV. The bathroom has a combination tub/shower and single vanity. An east-facing window allows morning light to stream in.
Beachwood Villas is a lushly landscaped family-oriented mini-resort in Seagrove Beach along beautiful Scenic Highway 30A. Boardwalk paths meander through lushly landscaped grounds with courtyards, arbors and outdoor grilling and picnic areas. Amenities include 2 pools (one heated, dependent upon season and temperature), 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard court, community room for special events, playground and on-site laundry facility.
A convenience store is adjacent to the complex just steps from this unit. Stroll to neighboring Seagrove Plaza to pick up a pizza and rent a movie. Rent a bicycle at the nearby bike shop to enjoy a leisurely ride along the Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile long paved pedestrian and bike path running past Beachwood Villas along the length of Scenic Highway 30A - from Dune Allen Beach to Rosemary Beach. The trail ambles along the coast, past rare coastal dune lakes and through the picturesque neighborhoods unique to 30A.
Seagrove Beach is one of the Beaches of South Walton, encompassing 26 miles of pristine coastline. It is the only destination in the country to have its entire coastline certified as “Blue Wave” by the Clean Beaches Council for it commitment to maintaining unspoiled shoreline and natural habitat. Seagrove beach boasts sugar sand beaches and two coastal dune lakes – Eastern Lake and Deer Lake.
