3105 PALM BLVD -- THIS IS A VERY WELL-MAINTAINED HOUSE. FRESHLY PAINTED, NEW FURNITURE, BAMBOO FLOORING, NEW CARPET, AND NICE SIZED BEDROOMS ALL WITH A PRIVATE BATH. 2 LIVING ROOMS, AND A LARGE, FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN. FULL FRONT SCREENED-IN PORCH WITH EXCELLENT VIEWS AND SEATING AREA.

Remembering our time at the beach with our children, we have tried to make this a family friendly home. This house is across the street from the ocean. Excellent porch makes a great place to sit and enjoy the ocean breezes. Shopping and restaurants on the island are great!

Only a short drive to brand new malls and cinemas. Kids will love it because of a variety of nearby activities and proximity to other renters, which means other children! I have also provided in our home plenty of games, puzzles, books, video games, etc. for everyone to enjoy. Parents will love it because it's not crowded and hectic. In a mere 15-minute drive, you can enjoy the action of Charleston’s city-center with all of the romance and history you can imagine.

Enjoy the Aquarium, walks on the Battery, a tour of Fort Sumter, a boat tour of the Charleston Harbor, historical carriage tours of the city, or shop 'til you drop in the antique stores or markets. You will love it here, a great place for a wide beach without oppressive crowds, yet close enough to Charleston that one week gives you a taste of the Old South and beckons for your return.

Why stay in a hotel when you can have more space and be just a short walk from the ocean? I have learned what makes for a luxurious and comfortable stay and tried to create this in our home. Our house is large and so we have more space for privacy.

Many of our renters have returned year after year in different seasons to enjoy everything the Charleston area has to offer. We receive 5/5 consistently when it was rented through the agency who has rented us in previous years. Consider the comfort and quiet of staying at the Isle of Palms even on business during the off-season. Stay with us and see the difference, we think you'll be back!

            This was our first visit to Isle of Palms and this very large house was great for party of 8, and could have very comfortably accommodated more. Nicely decorated, clean, and in good condition. It is ideally located directly across from the beach, with easy beach access. Though it is a public beach, it was never crowded even on the weekends. Not a beach person or just looking for something else to do? Take a boat tour at the marina, only 10 blocks away. The property is located within 15 minutes of downtown Charleston. A beautiful, laid back city. There's an aquarium for the kids. Great restaurants. The Charleston Riverdogs minor league team is a fun activity. Like I said, pretty close to perfect.

            Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
