Enjoy lots of living space in this two story retreat house sitting directly on fabulous Lake Martin which boasts of unusually clear water visibility. The house is only 6 years old. Enjoy the use of 5 private bedrooms/ 2 full baths. The house SLEEPS 14-16 comfortably in beds.
The house sits beautifully and peacefully in a private slough. You can enjoy swimming directly off the dock without the bother of heavy boat traffic.
If cooking is your pleasure, you wiil function well in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining table seats 10. There are bar stools for extra seating. There is also a kitchen area downstairs with a second refrigerator and much more cabinet space.
There are two completely separate great rooms with tv viewing in each room. The adults can gather in the upstairs for socializing or tv/ movie viewing. The downstairs living area serves as a wonderful game room/ tv room for teens or kids to have privacy. The house comes with a complete library of movies and all kinds of board games for family fun.
There is a separate laundry room with washer/dryer. A pantry is available to store all of your "stuff."
A charcoal grill is provided for your use.
Relax in all of the rocking chairs and swings as you take pleasure in beauly of the lake views outdoors. A wooden deck sidewalk goes from the house to the dock, which keeps everything clean and fresh.
The house is designed to be kid=friendly.
There are so many great restaurants within easy 5-10 driving distance of the house.

Lake Martin has over 700 miles of shoreline. The lake water has clear visibility. Fishing is excellent. Fabulous restaurants are on the water and in the area. Golf courses are located within easy driving distances. The house is within 30 minutes driving distance to Auburn University for great football and great shopping.
