This is my personal, second home residence that I rent for part of the year. It's furnished with tasteful, comfortable furnishings, with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Constructed in 2003.
The beaches at The Surf Club at Matanza Shores are unspoiled and uncrowded with large coquina rocks dotting the shoreline. The complex is gated with 24-hour security guard and underground parking. The grounds are tropical, manicured, and clean. Two swimming pools--one is heated--,along with clubhouse and reading room overlook the ocean. Private access to the Intracoastal Waterway allows for day boat docking and great fishing!! Tennis Courts are available, too!
Excellent restaurants abound both south and north of the condo.

I love the area because of all the natural spots that surround the property--the intracoastal waterway, Washington Oaks State Park, Matanza National Parks, River to Sea Preserve, a number of state parks within 30 minute drives, lush vegetation that surround the compound, yet miles of wide bike paths and great shopping and restaurants within minutes!
