There are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Large closets as well as dressers are more than adequate for your needs. The floors throughout the home are hardwood and this home boasts tall ceilings, and lots of windows. It is light and bright and painted a warm green with red accents which adds to the wonderful ambiance.
It is furnished with three comfy queen beds, dressers, lamps and bed side tables. The dining table seats 6 and there is a sofa, love seat, tables and TV with cable in the living room. The stainless steel kitchen has soapstone counter tops and solid wood cabinets. It is loaded with tools for the cook, dishes, etc. The refrigerator is large with an ice maker and water through the door.
Outside you will find an old fashioned large porch with a table and chairs. In the back there is a hot tub. Parking is off street through a remote controlled security gate. The property is fenced with wrought iron and has many trees and flowers.
This home is within walking distance of shopping, dining and unique 4th Avenue.

I love the warm sunny days in Tucson. The mountains are a perfect backdrop and Mt. Lemon is a great place to visit in this city that I love so much. There are many other things to do and see for winter visitors trying to escape the cold in other places. This home is centrally located near shopping, downtown, great restaurants, etc. It is a pleasure to offer my home as a vacation rental.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This home is unique in that it is just minutes from everything. The arts and theater district in downtown Tucson is just minutes away. There are many restaurants and shopping within walking distance, including the historic Time Market and 4th Avenue shops. There is a grand front porch for enjoying warm winter days, The hot tub in the back yard is relaxing. My home has been renovated with all the modern amenities while capturing the historic ambiance of yesteryear.
