The three story condominium is located just minutes away from Winter Park and Sol Vista resorts. We provide a cozy living area with a wood fireplace, cable television, CD and DVD player. Enjoy other amenities like a full-size furnished kitchen, seating for eight, two full bedrooms with a loft, three full bathrooms, bus stop nearby, and deluxe clubhouse down walking path with year-round swimming and hot tub. This place is spacious with over 1100 square feet! Some might call the decorating 'retro!'
The Meadow Ridge Resort Community is a quiet high alpine meadow. Enjoy all conveniences within a few minutes drive including a Safeway grocery store, restaurants, fast food, liquor stores, Alco general store, boutique shops, and coffee shops. We're just 4.5 miles away from Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Resort! Drive; just 90 minutes from Denver International Airport. Shuttle and train service are also available to/from Denver including the Ski Train.
Well behaved dogs are welcome - please limit it to two. Who doesn't like to take the family pet to the great outdoors?
No smoking, period. Towels are provided at the Clubhouse for pools as well as a weight room and racquetball courts (equipment available). Tennis courts are available in the summer. Thank you for leaving the bath towels in the condo.
The resort is open for Spring and Summer! Take the lift up the mountain for bike riding, hiking, or lunch at the Sunspot. Come visit Grand County and see all there is to explore...an outdoor mountain arena that will appeal to all ages and interests.
There is a single car garage attached to the unit which is perfect for securing all of your outdoor toys.
An additional $80 cleaning fee will be added to all rentals. A refundable security deposit of $200 will also be collected with rental fees.
