This tastefully decorated two story townhouse located in the beautiful Guadiana section of San Miguel, is 2 blocks from the Instituto Allende, and a flat 10 minute walk from the center of town. One enters the house through a secure flagstone paved gated parking area.
The living room, dining area, complete with a kiva fireplace, are on the ground floor, as well as the bright well-equipped kitchen with telavera tile and 1/2 bath. Off the kitchen and dining area is a private walled garden with round Telavera table and chairs making this peaceful space a delightful place to relax.
The second floor with three bedrooms, two with double beds, and the master with a king/two twins, and 2 telavera tiled baths, has hardwood floors, and brick boveda ceilings in every room! The master bedroom is large, has a kiva fireplace for warmth and a small balcony covered with bougainvillea overlooking the front of the house.

There are a multitude of activites available; restaurants and courtyard cafes, shopping, house tours, Spanish and art classes, yoga, full gym, tennis, golf, movies, and sightseeing, all within a short walk from this convenient townhouse. The Atencion is a weekly English newspaper with all the weekly events around town, available at newstands.

Why the Owner Chose Fraccionemente Guadiana
Aside from my house where we live in San Rafael, this is my only other property. San Miguel de Allende is probably the most beautiful, cultural city in Mexico with so many wonderful things to do. I love the weekends with all the festivals, even the funerals walking down Ancho San Antonio on the way to the cemetary.

Hi,
My name is Maria Louisa Swift and I love visiting San Miguel, Mexico. My husband and I would love to spend more time there, but I have 3 grown kids and 3 grandkids, with twin boys due in a few months, living near us in the bay area, north of San Francisco.
I have owned this property for about 10 years and we like nothing better than working on fixing up our house and meeting friends, playing tennis, and enjoying the wonderful food in San Miguel.
