One enters the house through a secure flagstone paved gated parking area. The living room, dining area, complete with a kiva fireplace, are on the ground floor, as well as the bright well-equipped kitchen with telavera tile and 1/2 bath. Off the kitchen and dining area is a private walled garden with white iron grill work table, chairs, and a lace unbrella, making this peaceful space a delightful place to relax. The second floor with three bedrooms, two with double beds, and the master with a king/two twins, and 2 telavera tiled baths, has hardwood floors, and brick boveda ceilings in every room! The master bedroom is large, has a kiva fireplace for warmth and a small balcony covered with bougainvillea overlooking the front of the house.
