This tastefully decorated two story townhouse located in the beautiful Guadiana section of San Miguel, is 2 blocks from the Instituto Allende, and a flat 10 minute walk from the center of town. One enters the house through a secure flagstone paved gated parking area.

The living room, dining area, complete with a kiva gas log fireplace, are on the ground floor, as well as the bright well-equipped kitchen with telavera tile and 1/2 bath. Off the kitchen and dining area is a private walled garden with round Telavera table and chairs making this peaceful space a delightful place to relax.

The second floor with three bedrooms, two with double beds, and the master with a king/two twins, and 2 telavera tiled baths, has tiled floors, and brick boveda ceilings in every room! The master bedroom is large, has a kiva fireplace for and a small balcony covered with bougainvillea overlooking the front of the house.
