We passed by this property while boating many times and always thought it looked very charming. The complex always looked so well maintained and cosy we didn't hesitate when it came on the market, we knew it was a winner.

We sit here this morning enjoying the wonderful sunlight and delightfull view wishing our stay was for the rest of the week. We have had a great two days exploring Leland by foot....love not being in the car. Of course the drives thorough the county side have been wonderful too. We will definitely be back and will plan a longer stay. Best Regards

We really enjoyed our stay in your great condo. We had fantastic weather all week with a little rain coming in on Saturday. We visited some of our favorite places, such as the Bluebird, Joe's and Fischer's, as well as a few new recommendations you made such as Martha's. The sunrises are beautiful and so is the river. It was nice to stay in town and do more walking than driving for a change. We hope to see you both again next year.

Our third consecutive year here in #409. Couldn't believe the new house across the river popped up in one year! Always enjoy our stay here -- it is so convenient to the downtown stores and just a nice drive to so many places. The weather was from 88 to 56 degrees at night, but it sure didn't affect the beautiful sunsets and the short walk to South Beach. Ken really enjoyed the larger TV, but we were happy everything was the same -- we really enjoy it here!!!

We've enjoyed Fishtown, swimming in Lake Michgian, local shopping, kayaking in Glen Arbor, climbing the dunes, jet skiing in Traverse City, etc.has tired us out during the days! What a fabulous week we had here in Leland. We took a trip everyday to one of the near by towns -- and at the end of the day we were so happy to return home to our comfy Watersmeet home -- even if it was just for seven days! We went to South Beach (Lake Michigan) and spent the whole day, it was such a treat to sit on the beach and enjoy the waves, sand, water and the friendly people. We hate that we leave in the morning. Several locals told us that the weather this week was the best of this summer -- we feel blessed to have been here! The wooden boat parade past the condo was my personal favorite. I'm sorry my husband couldn't make it this trip, but we are already happily planning for next year -- see you then.

We had such a very relaxing and comfortable week. We felt right at home. The condo suited us perfectly. We loved the clear water of the river with its parade of boats and the short walk to Lake Michigan for its spectacular sunsets. I loved the rocking chairs. Truly a wonderful "place for all seasons".
