  We had the best time! Loved the view and the condo was exceptionally clean. Love the new upgrades! Wonderful people too. No problems.

  We joined our best friends from TX and stayed a week in Condo 803. It is a wonderful penthouse condo with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The newly renovated condo is very well furnished and has top name appliances and granite in the kitchen. We loved it and all it had to offer. We spent hours on the lanai having breakfast, lunch or dinner, enjoying the views and protection from the trade winds, and just relaxing. The condo is jut steps from beautiful Polo Beach and we enjoyed the pool too. The condo location is excellent and we enjoyed daily walks along the beach walkway. You can walk to the Fairmont, Four Seasons and Grand Wailea which offer many options for delicious lunches or dinners. We had a fantastic week with our friends and would highly recommend this beautiful condo.

  We stayed at the Polo Beach Club #803 for a week with dear friends. We found it so convenient to everything that was available in Wailea and yet was at the quiet end of the beach walk. The beach was really beautiful. We did not cook much but everything was there had we decided to do so. The people in the office were grand. Would definitely consider renting here again.   We just returned from a week at Polo 803 and it truly is a lovely vacation home. The condo is immaculate, well furnished, comfortable and the Wailea location can't be beat. Nice pool, well maintained beach and grounds, and quiet. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay and do not hesitate to recommend.

  After an extensive review of Maui oceanfront properties on the internet, my wife and I selected this unit for our 25th wedding anniversary. The details on the internet were all correct, but the photos only partially represent the quality this unit has to offer. When you open the door to the property and take that first step in, your breath is taken away by the quality of the unit and the view. The property and surrounding area is extremely well maintained with great ammenities. We really enjoyed the herb garden and barbeques. The owner was great to work with and even helped me as I had a little surprise for my wife when I invited other family members to join us at the end of the trip. When you plan something as special as a 25th wedding anniversary, you want everything A +. This unit did not disappoint!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  We LOVE your place here in Maui! As you know, we've been to Polo Beach Club before......but never up here so high! Fabulous views, but your whole condo is furnished beautifully!!! Thank you so much for making it available to us!! The weather has been great, we've had wonderful swims, walks on "the walk", playing in the ocean, cocktails on the lanai......what more could we want??!! Your lovely place, so well equipped is definitely helping us get that R&R feeling immediately! We feel so fortunate in having found your "spot of paradise" here in paradise!!   I trust that the housekeepers found the condition of Polo 803 to be in exceptional shape after our departure. We cared for the condo as if it was our own - we really did not want to leave. Here is a testimonial for your use on your web site from us: EXCEPTIONAL! AWESOME! UNMATCHED BEAUTY AND COMFORT! Honestly, words do not describe the wonderful time we had during our visit to Maui and the Polo Beach Club 803. Your representation of the condo in our conversations and on your web site were right on. From the time we entered the unit to the time we left we were overwhelmed by the spotless cleanliness and comfort, breath-taking views, and the privacy that the condo offers. The condo is very well decorated and equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the upgraded outdoor grills, meticulously kept grounds, private condo pool, and easy and secure beach access. The condo beach chairs and shade umbrellas made for the best beach experiences ever - and the sunsets were spectacular. Our daily morning walks along the mile plus, paved path way (which starts at Polo Beach Club) provided us the opportunity to enjoy the sites of cliff-side ocean views and the other upscale facilities along the coast.   Aloha!! We appreciate your willingness to share your home with others. We had a wonderful, much needed time-out from our presently hectic lives. It was very hard to come back after such a relaxing atmosphere. We loved our morning walks, great restaurants, and most of all - peace and quite. The condo was really nice and very comfortable. What a great location!! Thanks again for sharing your home. We hope to return in the future!

  Unit 803 was all you promised and more. We have stayed at most of the condo's in the Wailea area and yours is by far the nicest and best equipped. It is just like being at home. My wife was also impressed by how clean 803 was when we arrived (I believe she used the term "spit polished"). Unlike most rental condo's, the kitchen has everything you need and the appliances are top of the line. The furniture is top quality and very comfortable. You truly do feel you are "at home" on Maui. Plus...you have the incredible views from the lanai!!!! The, ocean, Molokini, and awesome sunsets. You couldn't ask for more. But there is--you are located right on Polo Beach, which is the nicest and least crowded beach in Wailea. I would highly recommend unit 803 to anyone planning a trip to Maui. I also have to tell you that you that we have rented many "individually owned" vacation rentals over the years. You have been by far the easiest and most friendly owner we have dealt with. We could not have asked for more. Thank you so much.
