Residential Bay View Grand is the premier condominium property in Cancun and it rests on the fine white sand beaches of the beautiful turquoise Caribbean Sea. The entire community is gated with 24 hour security and has a total of 4 towers that are all 18 stories. These recently completed complexes are currently the tallest buildings in Cancun and are nestled in the heart of the city, which is only a short walk to the finest restaurants, shopping, and night life. Transit buses are within a 1 minute walk and the Cancun International Airport is only a 20 minute drive.
Condo:
This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo plus maids quarters is located on the 11th floor and sleeps 6 comfortably. The condo offers non stop relaxation with magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea from the first living room and master bedroom and Laguna Nichupte from the rear bedroom. The entire condo has been designed and is fully furnished. Granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom have been upgraded. The master bedroom has a queen bed along with a flat screen LCD TV, walk in closet, and a Jacuzzi located on a private balcony. The guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds with a balcony overlooking downtown and the tennis courts of Bay View Grand.
The condo offers two separate living room areas. The first living room has 2 couches and 2 single sofa seats which overlook a third balcony overlooking the Caribbean. The center living room is equipped with a flat screen LCD TV, entertainment system, DVD player, and a couch that pulls out allowing 2 people to sleep at ease. Local Telephone (Long distance extra) and High Speed Internet are available. The dining room table is perfect for a family of 6. The kitchen comes with everything you need including a microwave, oven, electric stove, and kitchen utensils. A washer and dryer are also present in the condo.

The Bay View Grand is elevator and wheelchair accessible. Some activities that you can par take in while staying at the Bay View Grand include a world class spa, full fitness center, infinity outdoor and indoor pools, game room, sauna, mini golf and tennis courts which are all just steps away from the condo. Airports pick up, Maid services, Concierge services and Grocery shopping available upon request for additional cost.

Working in the Real Estate business for many years while living in Northern California can be stressful at times. Our family was in the market for a vacation home and after a long search we found the perfect condo located on the white sands and blue waters in Cancun. It was hard to pass up this opportunity because of its beauty, location and state of the art facilities the Bay View Grand offered.
