Why the Owner Chose Delray Beach
After visiting many Florida cities, we selected Delray Beach as our all time favorite. We love the clean, uncrowded beach, beautiful blue water, amazing intracoastal waterway, world class restaurants, and fabulous shopping. Swimming in our pool in the morning, afternoons spent at the beach, and dinner with wine on the lanai watching the boats go by are some of our favorite things to do. Delray Beach is convenient to two airports (Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach). It is so easy to travel here for a week or even a long weekend. We fell in love with the "Old Florida" feel of this area with it's lush tropical landscaping, friendly people, unspoiled beaches, and zoning that prohibits high-rise beach condos.

Fantastic Location on the Intercoastal Waterway...walk to the Beach and Atlantic Avenue!!!

My husband and I are very well traveled and visit Delray Beach several times a year because our friends live there. We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and loved it! It is nicely furnished with stainless steel appliances and a tropical theme throughout. It is an end unit of a one story building and has its own private patio which overlooks the Intercoastal. We loved sitting outside every morning eating our breakfast and in the afternoons it was nice to sit out there and have a cocktail before dinner and watch the boats go by... And the sunsets - I just have one word...AMAZING!!! The location of this Condo cannot be beat! The beach was only a quick 5 minute walk away and world famous Atlantic Avenue with every type of bar and restaurant you can imagine, as well as lots of little shops, was only about a 10 minute walk. While strolling down Atlantic Ave., be sure and visit Cupcake Couture Sweet Boutique (my favorite cupcakes in the world) - and try the Jimmy Choo Chocolate Cupcakes - I promise you'll love their cupcakes!!! The Condo is also about a half hour from West Palm Beach Airport (PBI) and about 40-50 mins (depending on traffic) from Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL). If you are looking for a great place to stay in Delray Beach that is clean, well-cared for, nicely furnished and close to everything, then look no further...this is it!...We have already made plans to go back this summer for a week and would highly recommend this condo to all of our friends and family.

We are never disappointed. Everything we need for the beach including beach towels, chairs, beach bag, and a cooler is provided. It's always clean and very well maintained. We love it and will continue to vacation here for many years to come!

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the caretaker and found the unit to be very clean.The view is excellent of the Intercoastal and also the grounds very neat. It was quiet and had everything we could possibly need for our week stay. From the kitchen equipment to the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and even had toys for the beach which our grandchildren had fun using in the sand.( They stayed at a hotel in town.) Downtown Delray Beach is a short walk and we would recommend The Calypso Resturant and The Serve Yourself Yogurt Store among the variety of great we tried.

Tahiti Cove is an idyllic spot. Situated on the intracostal amid beautiful homes and low-rise condominiums, it is serene and lovely without being pretentious. The beach is two blocks away, and busy Atlantic Avenue only three---all within easy walking distance. The restaurants on Atlantic run the gamut from cafes and pizza establishments to gourmet dining spots. Nonetheless, one night we cooked in the condo; the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to whip up a great meal. The interior is bright and cheerful--and spotless.It's exactly what the pictures show. Watching the sunsets from the private patio was sensational. We especially liked the fact that the enclave has only 18 units. Because of this and the compactness of the units, the pool area is uncrowded, and the entire complex is quiet. We both want to go back to this unit because of the interior cleanliness and the view it provides. It's quite a treasure!

Our experience was great. Everything was as expected. Would have been nice to have a DVD player to play movies or the exercise videos we brought. Otherwise place was clean and really convenient to beach and restaurants on A1A and Atlantic. Loved our week in beautiful Delray. Security deposit returned promptly. Tom Cosentino 412-721-0173
