  What magnificent place to stay ! Beautiful and clean home, with all the appliances working (washing machine, dryer, icebox/freezer, iron with board etc...), very well furnished, great beds and linen. Beautiful view over the golf course , walking distance to the beach, could not have stayed in a better place. I highly recommend.

  Excellent address for staying some weeks at the North Shore. Nice condo/golf club with several options for all ages. A very nice and practical house for a family - we had a 3 weeks "North Shore Dream". Thank you.

  Our friends and us had the best time ever in this beautiful and cozy condo on North Shore. It is really quiet and safe. The condo is well decorated and very clean. Has lot's of sliding doors with wonderful crossing winds and great light. The open kitchen with a dinning room in front is convenient and separated from the living room. The living room and lanai are comfortable and have a nice view of the golf course lake and garden. The sunsets are just amazing. The lanai has a couple of great chairs with three small tables and a BBQ, it was perfect to enjoy our late afternoons and evenings. They have a convenient powder room on the hallway in between living and kitchen. On the second floor there are the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms have a good size with nice and big sliding doors and narrow and long lanais. The master bedroom has a great view of the garden and golf course lake and the second bedroom view of the garden and pool. The bathrooms are new and fresh. The loft is just like a bedroom really cute, spacious with three single beds and half bathroom. The condo is walking distance to the beach and to Lei Lei's restaurant by the golf course. It is also very close to the Turtle bay Hotel and we were able to enjoy the other restaurants. We will come back for sure. Any family with kids or teenagers also will love it.

  Great option for some time away from town. Super fun for the kids and we were very happy with the unit. Everything looks brand new, it is very spacious and the location is fantastic, right on the golf course!

  I was skeptical about renting this condo as the reviews were mixed, but the manager told me the new owners had completely remodeled, and I'm so happy we chose this unit! The loft had walls and a window, so not really a loft, and has 3 new twin beds and a brand new half bathroom added, with a cool Euro style stairway to it- it was great for the kids to have their own space and wasn't cramped- it reminded me of a New England B&B room- very cute with shells beachy feel. One bedroom had a king bed, and the other a queen, not doubles like someone complained, and they were very comfortable. I liked that my parents and I each had our own bathroom with our room. There were no bugs and the kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed. We never used an A/C, but they were all new in each bedroom and livingroom. I doubt you would need to turn one on, the unit is cool and breezy with the windows open. My husband and I took my parents and my 3 kids and we had the best time. The kids stayed in the loft & each couple had bedrooms and own bathrooms. No one slept in the livingroom pull out, but it was there and also had another half bath. My parents played golf on the course outside our unit, and the kids played out there where we would see them. The pool and BBQ were right near the unit, so we ate out there in the picnic area at the pool (dad grilled, kids swam- total vacation for me!). The beach is a couple minute walk away and every morning I went for a walk with my mom to the point- perfect! I'm can't wait to go back!

  The condo is pristine. Very clean and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time enjoying our relaxation time looking at the beautiful view. The listing description is very accurate. It is walking distance to Lei lei's restaurant, to many hikes and to secluded beaches. We will definitely be return guests.

  This condo is exactly as described, two bedrooms with nice beds, a loft with futons and exercise equipment, and a stocked kitchen. We are picky about our beds, but these were great. My husband, my parents and I fully enjoyed this condo. It was clean clean clean! No bug problem, which is a big deal on the islands. My friends stayed in some other condos on the other side of Turtle Bay Resort and fought ants and roaches. We had NONE. The decorating is soothing and relaxed, just as pictured. The a/c units, only one was working, but we didn't need them so it was no big deal. Perfect time of year to visit. The condo sits on a well maintained golf course at the second hole, and the beach is close enoughto walk to. Condo is perfectly located on the north shore, close to the wonderful Kahuku Grill and Waimea Bay. Neighbors were great, even allowing us access to their hammock! The close pool is right out the front door, but is adults only. Only problem we had was another renter parked in our spot, but realtor got right back to us with a phone number. We will definitely rent here again.

  This is a clean and well-kept condo, but it is not as big as they make it out. They say that it sleeps four to six comfortably, and it does not ... unless you have just the right mix of people. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed that can sleep two people. They have a loft in the master bedroom, but no mattress, cushions, or bedding in it. It might have been suitable for a child or two if you carted cushions and bedding up there yourself, but the ladder was rickety and the loft just seemed small and kind of creepy. If you have a small family, or a group of four, and two people can fit in each bed, that might be comfortable. I went for a whole week with my husband, my son, my mother, and my mother-in-law. Only two of us really wanted to bunk together, so my son had to take the floor and my mother-in-law took the couch. Just not too comfortable for our group. The view out the back patio is of the golf course. It is pretty quiet and nice, unless your neighbor is having a party, which we had to deal with on a couple of nights. And one more thing. The swimming pool they advertise right outside your door is apparently not for children. Kind of a bummer on a "family" vacation. Otherwise, the location is great, right next to Turtle Bay Resort, and it's pretty easy to drive to a lot of great beaches and the Polynesian Cultural Center. It is NOT close to Honolulu. Overall we had a nice time, but I thought this more specific information might help some other travelers.

  Owner response: This unit is 2 bedrooms as advertised, with a loft, also advertised, that comes with fold up futons. It is not a 3rd bedroom and never says that it is. There are 3 pools in the complex and one week out of the month they reserve the pools for adults only. You certainly may walk over and use another pool. This condo has a king bed in the master and a twin in the 2nd bedroom. It also has a full size sofa sleeper. That counts as 6 in beds and then fold up futons for the loft and there are 3 of those. All of this information is advertised in the listing. It is an alternative to the much more expensive Turtle Bay Resort or Beachfront homes.
