FURNISHINGS: From the minute you enter our Cinnamon Beach Penthouse rental on the 6th. floor you will recognized the warm and inviting finishes this unit has to offer. From the crisp elegance of the deep black granite counter tops in the kitchen, to the comfy couch in the living room. You will realize you have made a great destination decision.
UNIT FEATURES: Our penthouse Rental features vaulted ceilings, ceramic tile (living, dining, kitchen, baths, & laundry), plush carpeting (3 bedrooms), raised panel cabinetry (kitchen and baths), granite counter tops, and Stainless Steel kitchen appliances.
KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS: The fully furnished eat in kitchen with a view of Cinnamon Beach (should you want to cook) features a side-by-side refrigerator equipped with filtered water and ice, ultra-quiet dishwasher, self-cleaning oven with smooth top range, and a built in microwave. To compliment these appliances the kitchen also features all utensils, plates, cookware, baking and serving dishes to bring out the Emeril's in all of us. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, toaster and blender.
DINING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS: The dining room features a table that can seat 6 adults comfortably, with three additional seating at the built-in counter bar. You will run out of guests or family members before you will run out of seating when it is time to eat. View of Cinnamon Beach.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS: The living room offers a NEW 2011 sofa with two cushioned chairs. Watch 250 channels or a DVD movie on the 57" HDTV for priceless family entertainment.
MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS: The master bedroom in our Cinnamon Beach Condo features a new king size MARRIOT BED by Jamison with dual side tables & lamps. With this distinctively appointed bedroom you can sense you are in a tropical paradise. This bedroom also features a 26" TV w/DVD that’s built in the wall. All beds (master and guest) are outfitted with the finest linens and fabrics. The master bath features a full-size stand up shower (glass enclosed), adjacent to a full-size garden tub. These features along with a two separate vanities will make getting ready that much easier.
BALCONY HIGHLIGHTS: Once you are on the balcony you may not want to come back inside. It features table with 6 chairs , two lounge chairs and two ottomans. I am sure you will agree this is as good as it gets. View of Ocean Hammock Golf Course.
BEDROOM 2 HIGHLIGHTS: This bedroom features a queen size bed with side tables & lamps. This room also includes a TV with separate DVD/VHS player. This bedroom has a private bathroom. Your guests will enjoy partial views of the ocean.
BEDROOM 3 HIGHLIGHTS: This bedroom ( sleeps 5 ) features two twin size beds and Twin over full Adult quality bunk bed. This room also includes a built in TV with DVD/VHS. This bedroom has a hall bath. Your guests will enjoy partial views of Cinnamon Beach and the Ocean Hammock golf corse.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Traveling with another family and need another unit at Cinnamon Beach, no problem. I will be happy to assist in helping with these reservations. I will do whatever I can to make your vacation in Cinnamon Beach as memorable as possible. Don't forget to bring Fido.
TYPICAL FEES: Room rates are based on the length of stay. 1 day, 1 week, monthly or in between. 3 day minimum. See rate area please.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT: $100.00 Refundable within 14 days after unit is cleaned and checked.
CLEANING SERVICE: $150.00 Condo units need to be clean for the next vacation travelers. Fee’s for cleaning are separate from the room rate because of the different length of stay.
PET FRIENDLY / BRING FIDO FEE: $10.00 Condo units need to be cleaned for the next vacation travelers with pets so there pet is comfortable too.

This luxury upscale condo has all the ammenities you will need. Everything listed in the description is true to form. We have loved the layout, the views, the well equipped kitchen, and especially the master bedroom. There's something for everyone here in this wonderful gated community. We both have loved our stay immensely. Besides the beauty and decor there is plenty to do in the community area and it fits just right into anyone's schedule. The upper lakeside views are warm and fantastic. You get the sun for most of the day and that's a bonus in the winter months here. The ocean-side condos just do not have the light and atmosphere that this side does. You still can view the ocean in many areas of the condo. The outside large porch has spectacular views and great furniture. I can't think of a place that you would be more satisfied with. We both are looking forward to coming back and staying right here! You can't go wrong.

We had such a great time in April. This Condo was perfect for our vacation. It was clean, well maintained, and beautifully decorated. The beach was wonderful and the pools were nice. We are looking forward to returning next year.

One word to sum up this place: WOW! Just by looking at the pictures online I knew this would be beautiful. Walking into the place the pictures we saw matched perfectly. It's beautifully decorated, has everything you could possibly need for your vacation and is in the perfect location to the beach and the pools. From the spacious rooms to the fully equipped kitchen to the awesome balcony with great views, we truly enjoyed every minute. We loved getting up every morning for a long walk on the beach and wrapping up our evenings doing the same. We traveled to St. Augustine for the day, Daytona Beach another day and Orlando for another day, all within close proximity. If you are looking for a great place to vacation, you have found it here. A very quiet and relaxing place that we will definitely re-visit.

We stayed at Ken's condo for a week. The apartment is very comfortable, roomy, and well maintained. We are a family of 6 who need a lot of room (and bathrooms!!) - the kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed many family dinners, including some on the balcony. The proximity to the beach and the pools was great! St. Augustine & Daytona Beach were nice nearby attractions to visit. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo!!

This was absolutely the most dazzling, perfectly-decorated, well-equipped condo we have ever stayed in for our vacation. My family has crowned me "Queen of Vacation Planning" because of this experience. We were in awe from the time we walked in the door. We expected a lot because of the photos and the well-written description, but even those didn't do it justice. It's luxurious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we could have needed or wanted. The kitchen truly did make me feel like a master chef; it had every appliance (a coffee maker made by Porsche!) and gadget that I could have possibly wanted, which made it easy and fun to cook most of our meals instead of eating out. The beds were more comfortable than any we've ever slept in away from home, and we've stayed in some posh hotels with "luxury beds". The bedrooms were awesome, too...like they'd been decorated by a designer. And the master bathroom---it's bigger than my living room at home! We loved the huge shower and tub. Also, the balcony was outstanding with its gorgeous view of the lake, beautiful furniture, and wonderful tiled floor. Our puppy enjoyed the balcony, too; she loved to lie on the cool tile and watch the birds flying over the lake. It was so nice to let her play out there, and I was comfortable with that because the railings are spaced closely enough to keep her safe. The beach was just a short walk away, and the pools were just stunning. We drove to St. Augustine and Daytona—both very reasonable, pleasant drives—and enjoyed some amazing restaurants, shopping, and “tourist” activities. There were some very good restaurants close by, too. Even the parking and elevator were convenient. All in all, I would recommend this to anyone. It’s not your average “beach house";it’s SO much more. The owner is the most helpful, honest, and courteous we've found on the Internet, too. It was if our vacation was his number one priority. We’ve already reserved a week for next year, and we can't wait to go back!

My husband, two Scotties, and I spent the last two weeks of Jan. 2009 at Ken's condo, which has a lovely golfcourse/lake view and catches the afternoon sun, which was perfect for this part of FL during the winter. First of Feb, we moved over to the condo on the beach we had previously secured for the month of Feb. It was oceanfront, which is great in the summer, but not so great Jan/Feb when it only got the early AM sun and then was blasted with cold winds off the beachfront. This Feb, we have booked the entire month at Ken's. His unit is exceptionally equipped from crystal, nice flatware, every kitchen gadget imaginable (spending the month, we enjoy cooking), several sets of dinner ware to very nice, plush towels in the bathrooms, etc. His unit is beautiful, spacious and the balcony is huge and nicely furnished. Ken has recently ordered the king mattress set from Marriott because that's what they are known for....excellent bedding....truly a sleep of your "dreams!" While we're in FL, we have several sets of friends/family who come to visit us. We are proud to offer them a visit with us at Ken's condo and it accommodates everyone beautifully. And our Scotties....well, this is their favorite place! The Hammocks is the best place we have ever stayed with our dogs. Great paved walking paths w/doggie bags/receptacles conveniently located. Very impressive grounds and neighborhood to walk through. And lastly, I must say Ken was terrific to rent from personally. He went out of his way to ensure our stay was pleasant. We can't wait to return this Feb.
