Grand Lodge on Peak 7 in Breckenridge is a brand new ski in/ski out lodge with luxurious 5 star accommodations. Our condominium is a 2-Bedroom Lock-off unit. The master suite sleeps up to four people and the second bedroom also sleeps 4 and is like an efficiency apartment with its own small kitchen, TV and bathroom. The large kitchen comes complete with refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with cookware and utensils. The dining room table seats six and there are four bar stools and the large kitchen counter. The living area has a balcony, plasma TV and gas fireplace.
This is a 5 Star Resort Rental for 7 nights. We'll be renting in the 2013 ski season.

Breckenridge is considered by some to be one of the top sky towns in the country. The town has great restaurants, night clubs, shops, art galleries, etc..
The resort has indoor and outdoor pools and outdoor water slides, heated outdoor patio flooring, kids pool, luxurious spa, on site restaurant, underground heated garages and on site movie theatres.
After January 1st rental options:
1 Bedroom, large kitchen and living area, sleeps 4 - $350.00 per night
Suite, smaller kitchen and living area, sleeps 4 - $200.00 per night

About the owner: My wife and I are owners at two resorts in Breckenridge. The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 has become one of our favorite vacation resorts. We are close enough to enjoy day visits any time of the year. The developers of this 5 star resort have designed a vacation spot that has something for everyone. Come and enjoy the Rocky Mountains in one of the most unique mountain towns in Colorado.
