Our 2 bedroom 3 full bath villa is located on the 4th floor of the first phase and features 2200 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. This beautiful villa recently underwent a complete remodel with upscale, quality, solid wood hacienda-style furniture. The gated entry separates the main villa from a private 2nd bedroom with full bath and that sleeps 4 with 2 seperate queensize beds, flat-screen TV and custom hand-painted furniture. The Master Suite features all new furnishings including a grand king size bed, rattan settee, full desk and chair, flat screen TV and console and whirlpool tub in the master bath. The large living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa with extremely comfortable seating, oversized chair with ottoman and rattan side chairs, marble-topped tables and flat screen satelite TV. Enjoy in-villa dining at your verdigris copper-topped table with comfortable wood and leather chairs. The newly upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances, side by side refrigerator/freezer with filtered ice and water dispenser, range top, oven, micro wave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, walk-in pantry, washer-dryer, and breakfast bar with leather-strapped barstools. Other luxury features in this beautiful villa include travertine marble floors throughout, carved maple entry doors and kitchen cabinets, stone counter-tops in all bathrooms ,10 foot ceilings in living areas, zoned central air conditioning, ceiling fans in living room, bedrooms, and terraces, large closets and dressing areas, electronic security boxes, two line telephones, and free high speed Internet service in the villa and throughout the property. One of the best features of this villa is the over-sized bowed-out balcony which spans the entire villa and has access from all rooms. Our family of 6 stayed at this unit and had a wonderful vacation. The hotel staff was courteous and very attentive regarding security. The unit was spotlessly clean and the maids even moved the barbecue every second day to clean behind it - they also cleaned every upright railing on the balcony. Fabulous view and probably a lot quieter than being right by the beach and pools. The owners were absolutely the best with whom to deal - very nice personal, caring and helpful emails prior to our arrival. All in all this could not have been a better vacation.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
