Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
I am a University of Arizona Graduate - Go Wildcats, and longed for the day I could have a home in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains. The wonderful renters I have had are helping to make that dream come true. It also is a great escape for me from the Winter chills of Chicago.
The Unique Benefits at this House
I love how close my home is to the Corondado National Forest, of which Sabino Canyon is part. I have had some fabulous hikes up into the Mountains. I also love the easy access to the Catalina Highway which takes you up to Mt. Lemon. Be sure if you do that drive to visit the one restuarant in Summer Haven and partake of the very best pie in the world. The location of my home makes all of Tucson easily accessible, to all the great restuarants, shopping, golf, plus more.

Hello Renny - Just wanted to thank you for our wonderful stay at your fine Tucson home. Your home was very comfortable and the location was ideal for our long rides. We managed to put on 450+ miles in and around Tucson, including Mount Lemon, Kitt Peak and Gates Pass. All were great (some painful) and very memorable rides and then relaxing by the pool and spa made for a perfect day. I would not hesitate to request another stay at your home and should you require a reference for future renters, I/we would be happy to oblige. Best Regards, Terry

Renny - Your house was immaculate when we arrived, we tried to be very conscientious and leave it in good shape. As far as next year goes, we will need to be flexible as we never know what curveballs may be coming our way. Thanks again, if you need or want any referrals, please let me know. Thanks again. Jon Lee
