This beautifully remolded 2 bedroom 2 bath condo equipped with wireless internet and free long distance ( US and Canada) is the picture of casual island elegance.
The master BR features a queen bed, ceiling fan, full size dresser and nightstand, cable TV and a sliding glass door onto the balcony where you can relax in one of the lounge chairs or sit at the table and sip your morning coffee while you watch the sun rise over the Sarasota Bay. This room also has its own just renovated ( Sept 09) bath and shower. The second bedroom features twin beds, ceiling fan, cable TV, dresser, nightstand and a sliding glass door onto the balcony that overlook the heated pool, hot tub and tennis court.
IF you choose to cook while you are our guests we have provided a newly remolded kitchen with new appliances, granite counter tops, dishwasher, coffee pot, blender, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, wine glasses for your convenience.
The second bathroom was also just renovated (Sep 09). It features full bath tub, shower, and granite vanity, linen closet with towels for bath and beach towels for your use. Also, a full size front load washer and dryer new in Sept 2009 are there for your convenience.
The living area features comfortable sofa and love seat, ceiling fan, cable TV, and sliding glass doors onto the gulf side balcony where you can relax on the new outdoor furniture while you watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.
BOATERS !!!!!!!! Bring you boat and dock it at our boat dock and park your trailer on site. Docking is available on site and is available to our guests. Take a stroll on the beautiful tree lined beach front walking path that is just across the street form the condo.
Walk out your door and just across the street are 2 beach access ramps to the pristine beach where you can sit and watch the dolphins frolic in the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We have provided in the condo beach towels, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, rafts, and beach ball for your enjoyment.
Take a day trip to Disney World or Sea world- a 2 hour drive. Busch Gardens is only a 1 hour drive. Sarasota and St Armand’s Circle is a mere 20 minute drive or trolley ride where you can find theatres, opera house, art galleries, shopping galore, restaurants both casual and upscale.
Take a ride on the FREE trolley that will take you from one end of the island to the other for sight seeing, shopping or to a restaurant. This free trolley runs from early morning to late evening for your convenience
