Tropical 4 bedroom 2 bath home with heated pool is a mere 350 yards from the sugar sand beaches located on a Sportsman Canal with views of Tampa Bay. Leave your car behind and experience an incredible vacation in our totally remodeled home designed for the ultimate family retreat or boater’s paradise.
Extra large living room and billiards room opens up with views of Tampa Bay, the pool and a private fishing dock. The granite and stainless kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking a pleasure. The master king size suite includes French doors that opens onto a private screened in lanai with spectacular views of the water and a large master bathroom with a two person Jacuzzi tub and separate walk in glass shower. The queen size guest bedroom looks onto the tropical pool area. The third bedroom is painted as an underwater scene with two twin beds. The nautical themed fourth bedroom has two twin beds and includes a full size air hockey table to keep the kids entertained.
The house includes beach: chairs, umbrellas, towels and sand toys. It also has wireless internet, Cable TV in all rooms, DVD player, 8ft slate pool table, 6ft air hockey table and gas barbeque. Kids DVDs and board games are also included.
Wild manatees visit the canal often. Enjoy access to a private community boat ramp. All your shopping needs are less than two minutes away and the free island trolley stop is on the corner. Maximum 8 people, Non-smokers, No pets.

We have rented this property for 5 plus years. Enjoy the location and all that comes with the rental. The beach is beautiful and we enjoy the fishing, you definitely will not leave empty handed.
