ABOUT ARROWHEAD:
Arrowhead is part of a three village/three mountain (Arrowhead, Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek), European style interconnected world class downhill skiing complex. It is a beautiful, family oriented, private gated community located at the base of the Arrowhead Mountain ski area.
The Arrowhead (Beaver Creek) ski lift is a 3 minute walk or a 1 minute complimentary Dial-A-Shuttle bus ride from your front door. The same walk or shuttle ride provides quick and easy access to the Broken Arrow Restaurant (casual dining), ski rental/lift ticket office, and heated outdoor pool and hot tub at the base of the ski lift, as well as to the Vista Restaurant (fine evening dining) located in The Country Club of the Rockies golf clubhouse.
Arrowhead is just minutes to the world class dining and shopping, movie theaters and nightlife in Vail and Beaver Creek Villages and the local towns of Edwards and Avon. In addition, our very centrally located community provides very convenient access to a wide range of other winter as well as summer activities such as snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, hiking, fly fishing, river rafting, biking, tennis and golf.
ABOUT OUR HOME:
Our beautifully decorated, very comfortably furnished single family home overlooks a rear yard, heavily landscaped common area which features creeks, waterfalls, ponds and a Jack Nicklaus designed putting greens course. It is a perfect family oriented, mountain vacation home ideal for winter or summer activities, enjoyment and relaxation. Our home is very conveniently located to take advantage of all the amenities of Arrowhead Village including the ski lift, tennis courts, playground and pool/hot tub. It provides unparalleled views of Arrowhead Ski Mountain and contains many upgraded features such as a very large rear patio with built-in gas grill, 2 master bedroom suites with Jacuzzi tubs and steam showers, oak hardwood flooring, stained knotty alder interior trim, stainless appliances, and a two-story natural stone fireplace.
The main level of our home contains the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area which opens onto large living and dining areas with a vaulted ceiling overlooking the gorgeous rear yard and patio. Also on the main level is one of the home's 2 master bedroom/bath suites with a king sized bed and extensive vanity and closet area, as well as hallway access to a 2 car garage equipped with a ski rack and boot dryer shelving.
The upper level contains the second master bedroom/bath suite with a king sized bed, large vanity and walk-in closet, and a large separate open loft sitting room which is furnished with a desk with internet access, recliner chair and convertible sleep sofa. Last but not least, the lower level of our home has two bedrooms (one with a queen sized bed and one with 2 bunk beds sleeping 4), two tub/shower baths, a laundry room, a large, comfortably furnished open family room and spacious recreation area with a stone fireplace, large built-in TV/bookcase unit and a game table (perfect for kids).
