  We thought the property was very well kept up and had everything that we needed. The owner was also very easy to work with. Everything went very smooth. Would definitely stay at this property again!

  This is a nice house with lots of room to spread out. The house was clean and well represented in the photos on line. The kitchen was well stocked. The location is good but a too far from the beach to walk. One important thing to note! The pool is not heated by anything but some solar panels that do not seem to work if it is cloudy or cold out. The pool did not heat up the whole time we were there in late December and early January. The description of the pool and "spa" says solar heated so maybe we should have asked what that meant in advance! The spa is not a hot tub it is an attachment to the same cold pool with some jets.

  Owner response: Unfortunately, the weather is not something we can control and the solar heated pool is directly impacted by cloudy days and cool nights. We have ordered two additional solar panels to insure the pool will be warm for future guest. It is our goal to provide a great value in a clean, will maintained and furnished private home.

  The house was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Great location to the beach and shops. Excellent sized kitchen, family and dining rooms for entertaining and socializing. We wish the pool would've been heated but not really an issue. Reservation and payment was simple - thanks Ray! We'll definitely rent again if we need a place in Naples!

  We were attending a conference from Canada being held in Naples, and rented this house for 16 days. Ray, the owner, was great to deal with and was very responsive to any inquiries. The house was just as described - newly renovated, very clean with a nice yard and pool. We didn't use the pool at all during our stay, partly because the weather was mixed and the solar heating system didn't do a whole lot to change the water temperature. Were the outside temperature warmer, we would have likely enjoyed the pool. The spa is the same temperature as the general pool area, where we were expecting/hoping for a hot tub that certainly would have been used! However, it's important to note that things were exactly as were described. The location, while one of the nicest houses in a neighbourhood that looked a little tired, was central to shopping, theatre, restaurants, Vanderbilt Beach (awesome sunsets!) and the Ritz and Waldorf conference hotels. Anything you need is within a 5-10 minute drive. We were only about 15 minutes away from the Farmers Market in downtown Naples, a must-see area of the city. We ran into a minor glitch with the cable system, but as soon as the owner was made aware, the repair service arrived and had it fixed...no muss, no fuss. Every effort was made to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, and it makes a fantastic location for a family or a couple of couples who either want to lay low and relax around the house and pool, or want to be out visiting the sites of Naples and SW Florida. We would be happy to recommend this property and its owner to other travelers to Naples!

  We arrived to a spotlessly clean home. Everything you need is right there a the house. Including toys for the pool. Shopping is close at hand. Very enjoyable vacation. And the owner was great to work with. Answered any questions we had.

  We stayed for one wk. at this very comfortable and convenient home. It was just as described, clean and with a lovely pool and beautifully landscaped back yard that was very private. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need, including simple instruction & info that made it easy to instantly relax and feel at home(if only for a week). The owner went above and beyond in accommodating our special needs, he is extremly gracious, easy to work with,we highly recommend this rental.
