Gorgeous, fully furnished condominium has everything you need for a 'home away from home.' Large two bedrooms plus a den with a pull out sofa and a computer desk, for your home away from home office. The den can also be used as a bedroom with a pull out queen sofa bed or an extra TV room. The Living Room/Great Room has Reclining leather furniture. Where you can relax while watching free cable TV on the 40' TV. The Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a 32' television. Two large bathrooms with neutral tile.
Our condo has just been freshly painted. The kitchen is fully equipped for those nights you don't feel like eating out There is a dishwasher that will make for an easy clean-up. Our condo boasts beautiful granite countertops, with antique white cabinets and 18' tile. The Washer and Dryer is located off of the kitchen.
Relaxed out on the Lanai where you can drink your morning coffee and enjoy the view of the preserves and lake. Off of the Lanai there is a large storage. You will have covered parking and when you come in there is tile in the foyer.
Sterling Oaks is a 24 hour guarded gated community. It is a tennis facility with 12 lighted courts and world class teaching staff. There is a restaurant on the premises. An Olympic-size swimming pool where you can enjoy your lunch by the pool. There is a work out room with a professional trainer available. Spas and saunas are on site.
For the golf lovers you are only 5 minutes from Tiburon and Palmira.
