Have no picture of myself to upload. Live in Pennsylvania with many friends in Florida, but unable to get down very often due to work commitments, so looking to rent for winter month or other time, but must be a 3 month commitment

It wasn't intended to be a rental unit, but we find we are unable to get down in the winter months.
