This is a magnificent newly remodeled townhome with "unobstructed whitewater ocean front views" from the kitchen, dining room living room, master bedroom, 3rd bedroom and spacious deck. A love affair begins with you and the ocean when you walk in the front door and you are immediately swept away by a cathedral ceiling with a wall of glass providing a magnificent whitewater view of the ocean from a dormir window. Experience the incomperable sound of the waves crashing lulling you into a deep Alfa sleep

There is a huge "treks deck " opening off the living room and master bedroom to watch spectacular sunsets, or just breath in the salt spray, while sipping a glass of wine or barbecuing, watching the surfers catch a wave or dolphins play on Top of the line Jordon high seating patio furniture and a glass enclosed deck. You don't just see the ocean, you smell it, taste it,become immersed in it.
It gets better. No expense has been spared to make this oceanfront townhouse worthy of its location. There are travertine floors in the dining room, bathrooms ad in the state of the art kitchen with granite countertops, center island, and all top of the line appliances. The new 3rd bedroom(loft) addition has magnificent whitewater ocean views and a bathroom. New carpeting throughout the house.

Your Unit is the best supplied Condo we have ever experienced. After having stayed at several different Condos in the front row at Sea Bluff, I was not expecting anything like your place. I am an obsessive-compulsive. I do notice everything. Since I have retired from Medicine, I work managing & renting apartments. The decor of the Unit is delightful & the detail that you have gone through to remodel it plus the improvements made for enhancing the view of the ocean is amazing. My wife & I are already talking about next year.
Thanks again for allowing us to rent your Condo. We will treat it with the respect it deserves including squeeging the shower like we do at our home!
