This villa welcomes all kinds of lifestyle..
Villa Marily is a very nice, traditional Santorinian cave house, situated in Imerovigli village, on the Caldera.
The villa has a very nice lay out and is ideal for couples or families or even a group of friends. It is comprised of two bedrooms (one is outside the main house, totaly private) with double beds and a living room with two single built-in beds/sofas. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with stoves and oven and a bathroom.
The villa can very comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons.
Outside, the 85sq.m veranda provides unobstructed view of the Aegean sea, the volcano and Thirassia island.
Villa Marily is near the main road so there aren’t many steps to reach it, approx. 40 easy steps. But it will be difficult to approach, if the use of wheelchair is needed.
There are restaurants within 60 meters from the house and a near-by car park.
Mini markets and liquor stores are only 80 meters away and so is the bus stop.
The villa is approximately 20-25 minutes by foot from the capital town of Fira, or 5 minutes by bus or 2 minutes by car.
The prices include BREAKFAST (ingredients) and daily service (at your discretion).
Linen and beach towels are changed every 3 days and bathroom towels every 2 days.

200 euro per night for 2 persons.

Middle season offer: Stay of 5 nights will receive 10% discount.
Stay of 6 nights or more will receive a night for free.

250 euro per night for 2 persons.
50 euro for extra adult, but if company bigger than 4 persons, the 5th and 6th person will come for free.
20 euro for children 5yrs-12yrs old.
Children under 5yrs old come at no extra charge.
High season offer: Stay of 7 nights or more will receive 12% discount.
**If there are 3 or 4 persons(over 12yrs old) staying in the villa, a rental car cat.A (worth approx.47 euro/day) will be included in the nightly rate of the villa.
**This offer can not be used if the 12% discount has been used.
From: 11/11/2010 to 31/12/2010 (Winter & Christmas season)
130 euro per night for 2 persons.
30 euro for extra adult, but if company bigger than 4 persons, the 5th and 6th person will come for free.
15 euro for children 5yrs-12yrs old.
Children under 5yrs old come at no extra charge.
Low season offer: Stay of 4 nights or more will receive 10% discount.
Payment policy:
We require 50% deposit on all bookings in order to hold the dates, unless they are made within a month from the date of arrival, in which case we require 100% deposit.
The deposit should be made through wire transfer in our bank account and the rest of the amount will be payable upon arrival in cash or travelers cheques.
Paypal can also be used in some cases, but there will be an extra 3% charge for this service on the amount being transfered.
At the time of booking, besides the deposit, we also need your credit card details for security reasons only. The card will not be charged unless there is a last minute cancellation or no-show.
Cancellation policy:
There will be no charge for cancellations received up to 31 days before arrival.
30-15 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
14-7 days before arrival, 75% of the total amount will be charged.
6-0 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
Non-show or check-out before agreed date will result in the full amount to be charged.
