I am from Minnesota originally and have lived in the desert southwest for better than 10 years. The East Valley is a great place to live and play. This vacation home happens to be my home and is very well maintained. I built custom homes and was a realtor in the valley and decided to retire in Sun City. The people are friendly and it's a very relaxed life style.
Why the Owner Chose Florence
Del Web,Sun City At Merrill Ranch, without a doubt, is the nicest retirement community that I have seen. I looked all over the valley and you just don't find the amenities, quality of homes and landscape that we have here. Top that off, the people are very friendly. The highlight of this Home is without a doubt the great room floor plan and the huge patio including the patio furniture and barbeque area. It's like having a family room outdoors. The location on the wash is beautiful and was limited to just a few home in the complete sub-division.
The Unique Benefits of this Vacation Home
You will have two passes that give you access to facilities at Sun City. You can golf (at a discounted rate), swim, exercise, play cards, crafts, hike, the list goes on and on. Easy access to Phoenix Metro venues and easy access to some of the most scenic drives you will ever see in a life time.You can access the residential recreation center on the other side of Del Web for a small fee and take your grandkids to the water slide and pool in that area only. (Remember we are in a 55 plus community and certain restriction apply.) All rules must be followed by renters and guest!
