Dorchester in Pelican Bay is a luxury high-rise condo building with spacious residences and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. This luxury high rise has been fully remodeled in the common areas and the condominium and features a wide assortment of community amenities. This is turnkey living at its best.
Residents enjoy views of the beach and the nearby mangrove preserve. There are a variety of recreational options at the Dorchester as well. The community has two barbecue areas, a pool, hot tub, fitness room, sauna baths and social area. Also within the 2000 acre Pelican Bay private development are bike and jogging paths, tennis courts, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and other recreational activities. Kayaks and sailboats are available for residents to use on the Gulf or in the mangrove waterways, where fishermen can angle for the limitless varieties of saltwater fish. A tram will take you right to beach from the rear entrance to the building. Residents are issued an assigned parking space, have access to a vehicle wash area. All utilities and parking are located underground.

The 3rd bedroom is used as a Den with 35" (cable) TV, Comfortable desk/work area and a "hide-a-bed" couch with a full/double mattress. Master bath has a whirlpool tub and separate shower. All three bedrooms have balconies and TV's. There is WiFi internet service and "land-line" phones.
The kitchen features granite countertops with an adjacent dining area, ceramic tile throughout, dishwasher, new appliances, beautiful views and direct access to screened balcony. The living room is spacious with comfortable seating area and game table.

Craig Frank This condo was first made available for rental in 2009. Our Mother lived in the Dorchester until recently as a full-time resident. She loved it there and remodeled to maintain a beautiful luxury residence. We are not ready to retire so this gorgeous place is available to you.
Why the Owner Chose Dorchester
The Pelican Bay area is removed from the congested areas and only residents are permitted access to the boardwalk and the beach. The Dorchester is separated from the Gulf only by mangroves and a nature area. The tram is available at the rear of the building for a free ride to the beach or we enjoy the 10-minute stroll along the boardwalk. The Sandpiper and Sand Bar restaurants are a great place to relax at the beach. Bathrooms, showers, chairs, cabanas, and small boats are all available, making the experience more enjoyable. We love to celebrate sunset at the beach while sipping a glass of wine at the end of the day.
