This brand new penthouse condominium is located on the top floor (with high vaulted ceilings) and has 3 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 32-inch flat panel TV, and it´s own luxurious bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and it´s own bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for children as it features 2 twin beds and its own bathroom. The service room also has a twin bed and a full bathroom. The den has a pool table and a large sofa bed with a 42" flat-screen TV. The condo has 2 large balconies with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table, allowing you to truly enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. Additionally, there is spectacular ocean/mountain views from almost every room. This unit has been professionally decorated and comes equipped with a great kitchen and dining room with an incredible ocean view. Luxurious finishes abound as this unit comes finished with granite and marble bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, flat-screen TV's, and a washer and dryer. The refrigerator water and ice is run through an independent filtration system.

This unit includes maid service before arrival and upon departure. Additional maid service is available upon request. Our property manager will meet you on arrival for check-in and will provide you with two sets of keys to the condo during your stay. Upon departure, the two sets of keys will be collected and the condo will be inspected in order to refund your security/damage deposit.
