This exquisite 9,684 sq. ft. villa is located in Los Mangos, an exclusive neighborhood in the center of Casa de Campo, overlooking the 12th hole of the private Romana Country Club Golf Course. Its prime location provides easy access to Minitas Beach, the Hotel and the Marina. And its eastward situation allows for a soft breeze and a beautiful view of the golf course. In addition, its superb Modern-Tropical design by renowned Architect Rafael Selman interprets what it means to live in a Caribbean resort like Casa de Campo. This villa which was finished in 2004, has been featured in various arquitectural magazines and books, for its unique design, where the tropical architectural style creates harmony by utilizing the modern clean minimalist form, mixing rustic materials like slate stone, and eucalyptus wood, with ultra modern materials like stainless steel and glass.
In the large open terrace, is where you begin to appreciate the blending between tropical and contemporary. Inside the house, the roofs are concrete, and the entire house has central a/c. On each side of the living room are the main family room and main dinning room, each with glass folding frameless doors that afford beautiful views of the infinity pool and the golf course. Look at the stars while you shower in one of three bathrooms that have beautiful outside showers with patios, in addition to the inside showers. The master suite opens to the pool area in the center of the backyard. Two bedrooms have private terraces. The villa is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style, with Mitchell Gold sectional furniture and custom made bedroom and dining area furniture.
As you arrive to Villa Los Mangos you will be pampered by our dedicated staff of four who have been here for 5 years, taking care of every detail for this villa and its visitors. They will do your grocery shopping, your laundry, arrange for massages, tee times, horseback riding, boat rentals, or whatever activity your mood calls for. They can arrange for dinner reservations, however, after you try Maria's food you won't want to eat out!
Our four full time employees included in the rental are a butler/chauffeur/coordinator, our waiter/bartender, our housekeeper and our cook. Special needs like full time babysitter, can be arranged. Our staff will make sure you have an unforgettable experience at Villa Los Mangos.

Why the Owner Chose La Romana
Back in 2004 we had no plans to buy in Casa de Campo, until we saw this villa, which was brand new, and fell in love with it! We were staying at a friend's villa for the 4th of July week end.
