Welcome to the QUAY (pronounced Key in O.C.) our 1500+ Square ft. home away from home in OCEAN CITY. For many years our unit #307 has been the most sought after because of it's unique location in the building. You can walk down 1 flight of steps to use Indoor Heated pool, Game Room, WiFi room, Store or better yet outside to the Heated Pool or the Ocean all without the use of the elevators on a busy day. We have an Ocean View and Sunrise only second to a Cruise Ship. This Spectacular View can be had from all our bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, sitting area and living room. Imagine having coffee in the morning from our balcony or our dining room table.
We have free WIFI in the room don't pay for it
Please note all quoted Fees for full weeks in season Include LODGING TAXES, ADMINISTRATION AND QUAY REGISTRATION Fees. Parking for 1 car. A second permit can be purchased on a first come basis at check in.
Our unit has Ceramic tile in all the high traffic areas like incoming hallway, kitchen, dining,bathrooms and sitting areas. For your comfort the rest of the areas like Bedrooms and Living room are carpeted. Our kitchen has been totally remodeled with new birch cabinets Granite counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils pot pans and a blender. Our dining area has a table that can seat 8 people and a Granite Bar on the side with room for 4 people. Our living room features new furniture a new 55" High Def. TV and a DVD player. Our Spacious Master bedroom has a King size bed, oversize closet, it's own bathroom, a 26" TV and DVD Player. Our spacious middle bedroom has 2 Pyramid Bunk Beds (Each with a full size bed on the bottom and a single on top) sleeping 6. It has a T V and a DVD Player and lots of closet space. Our Spacious end bedroom has a Queen size bed a 20" T V with a DVD player and lots of closet space.

Had a great time at the condo. The entire inside was beautiful. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. The grandkids loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was very up to date and modern, also well equipted with everything you would need. Grandkids also loved the game room and the small distance to the pool and beach. Will definately return to this condo. Security personel were very friendly and recognized you after your first couple of days. The overall experience felt like our extended family was at home.

Our family had a phenominal time! The owner answered all inquiries quickly and honestly. The unit itself is newly furnished, beautiful, and we particularly enjoyed the big screen T.V. in the living room. Great ocean view, close enough to see the dolphins swimming in the morning from the balcony. We would highly recommend both this location, and these owners, to anyone searching for a wonderful ocean city getaway. Our only regret is we had to leave 1 day early as Ocean City was evacuated for Hurricane Irene! I'm sure we'll get our full week when we return to this unit next summer.

Our family has stayed at the Quay many years but this was our first time at this unit. The unit is furnished beautifully, is very spacious and has fabulous views from many of the rooms. Our children loved the 55" TV in the living room. Another bonus is being on the 3rd floor which allows you to walk down one flight and not have to wait for an elevator - very convenient! The unit was very clean and well equipped. I highly recommend staying here and will certainly be coming back again next year. Thank you Ed!

We truly enjoyed staying in your condo. It was the perfect size for our family and we loved the layout. The outdoor heated pool was our favorite amenity and well maintained. The office staff were helpful and there was ample parking. We enjoyed watching tv at night on the big screen tv in the family area. The upgraded kitchen appliances were very nice and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The owner was fabulous in giving us all the information we needed to have an easy check in and stay. Also, it was a very short walk to the beach and the sunrise and sunsets were beautiful from the balcony.

This immaculately clean, perfectly decorated, appropriately provisioned, comfortable, nicely situated condo was more than we expected for our "girls only" trip. The view is outstanding from the proverbial wall of windows that faces the ocean. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach as well as the deliciously heated outdoor pool. I have to say I was a bit put-out at first by the very early sunrise time (5:30 a.m.ish) and the lack of room darkening shades in the bedrooms, but my initial reaction could not have been more wrong! I ENJOYED getting up with my daughter at that early hour. My mom, sister, niece, daughter and I enjoyed our coffee and breakfast out on the porch and still had the better part of the day ahead of us! It almost makes me want to take my curtains down in my own bedroom....almost. The owner is promptly responsive to all questions, and quite a delightful person. The pride they take in their OCMD home is obvious by the condition of the condo unit the rent. Thank you so much for renting to us! We hope to come back next year!

My family and I stayed in this unit for a week this summer. It was not only lovely but very clean and well equipped. It's on the 3rd floor so it was very convenient getting to the beach and both the indoor and outdoor pools. Close enough to the boardwalk and stores without the immediate congestion of being in that direct area. We not only found the staff to be extremely helpful and friendly but the unit owner was very responsive to my many emails and questions making our vacation planning a stress free experience. Definately a family oriented building and area. We had a wonderful vacation and would absolutely rent this unit again.

This condo was excellent to rent. It is just as the pictures portray. The condo was very clean and ready earlier than scheduled check-in time which was great for us because we arrived 3 hours early. I spoke with the owner and e-mailed questions and he was very quick to respond. The security in the building was great; only people who stayed there swam in pool and had access inside building. It was convenient to walk up the steps to the third floor instead of waiting for elevators. We were far enough from boardwalk to have quiet time but close enough to everything that the drive was short to boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend renting from this owner, you won't be disappointed. Thanks
