Welcome to the upstairs/main floor of our home built in 1916, located in the middle of Wallingford, conveniently located near funky Fremont, beautiful Ballard, and downtown. We live here for part of the year, but are renting out now during the winter. For a great rate, stay in our home just blocks from restaurants, shopping, movie theaters, and some of the best coffee shops in Seattle. Walk down the hill to picnic next to Lake Union or over to the U-District to catch some of what's happening on the UW campus.

The Unique Benefits at this House
Convenient access to downtown Seattle and just blocks away from Wallingford and Seattle. We're also near Gasworks Park, the U-District, and Ballard. The house gets lots of light, even in the darker months, and it's comfortably furnished. We also have two decks and a fenced backyard for dogs.
