This sophisticated 3475 sq. ft 6 bed roomed Mediterranean style villa is in a quiet area of Watersong just a short drive away from great World of Disney and Universal Studios. This luxurious villa is a home from home with commanding and unsurpassed views of a tranquil lake and peaceful surroundings of woodlands makes our villa perfect for any family vacation.
It is impeccably furnished and professionally decorated in elegant furnishing for guests seeking the luxury of space with a modern twist. Our villa can sleep up to 16 people.
Front Lounge - The ground floor area comprises of an open plan entertaining area which is ultimate in relaxed elegance with its plush furnishings and decorative lamps which allows adaptable, atmospheric lighting when relaxing and chatting after a hard day at the parks. Two comfortable sofas of which one converts into a double sofa bed for additional sleeping also a 42"flat screen TV with Xbox and games.
Family Room - Luxurious Family Room offers modern comforts and entertainment systems for all the family with its 46” flat screen TV, DVD and CD player, which allows music to be played inside and outside the house if required through our surround sound speaker system. Complete with a comfortable wrap round couch and chair.
Kitchen - Fully Equipped Kitchen. Our totally integrated Kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave, American style fridge freezer, Oven and much more for your comfort and convenience. In fact, everything you could need to make it your "home from home".
Dining Area - Formal Dining Room. The dinning area with its unsurpassed views of the lake allows you to dine together as a family in stunning features. Both the Dinning area and living area are open plan and connect to the front lounge via arch ways.
Pool and Spa - Splendid Pool Deck With Lake View The living room and kitchen area both open out to a spacious 30 ft x 40 ft extended decking area that leads to the 14 ft x 30 ft pool and 6 ft round raised spa with spa lights. For safety a child safety fence is supplied but can be removed if desired. With ample reclining and cushioned pool side furniture which consists of lounges, chairs and tables allows you to relax in the outdoors whilst soaking up the Florida sunshine, but for those who require shading a section of the pool area is protected by a covered 18 ft lanai.
Summer Kitchen - Summer Kitchen with Grill. Here our home is suited for the wonderful outdoor entertainment with its 5 ft Summer Kitchen which includes cedar cupboard space a sink and tiled counter tops with a gas BBQ grill. This feature really is special and a firm favorite with all our guests.
1st Floor
The 1st floor of our villa hosts 6 beautiful proportioned bedrooms impeccable furnished with attention to detail all fully carpeted.
Master bedroom 1
Master Bedroom 1 with En-Suite Bathroom A huge luxurious King size bed sets the tone for this stunningly furnished and decorated room. Complete with en-suite bathroom with culture marble vanities bath tub, walk in shower and WC, this bedroom also boasts cable TV and telephone. A child cot is also provided.

Why the Owner Chose Watersong
This location is ideal for families that want to spend the days at the parks and the evening relaxing around the pool. Our home overlooks a very relaxing lake on a gated community in a conservation area so the surrounding of our home is very tranquil yet we are close enough to the parks which are approx 15-20 minutes away .
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Each of our bedrooms have their own en suite so is ideal for any family holiday. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own TV. When you have spent a hard day at the parks you can relax is our huge pool and cook an evening meal in our out door kitchen whilst the children can continue to play in our fully equipped games room.

Margie and Gary Your Villa in Orlando exceeded all of our expectations.12 of us ranging from 5months to 56 years and covering 3 generations travelled in November for a fantastic 2 week holiday.Your villa was perfect for us so much room that we never got under each others feet,split between the games room,pool area and 2 large lounges everyone of us had space galore.We used the excellent Barbeque on quite a few occasions and with a huge dining table and more than ample kitchen space and equipment ,eating in was always great fun. A 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket,liquer store and cash machines,15 minutes to Disney and 25 mins to universal studios driving was always relaxed and never a chore.My family and I cannot thank you enough for letting us enjoy your Florida home.I would recommend your Villa ,without hesitation. I am just writing to thank you for letting us use your home in 15 - 29 September 2010. Our family had an amazing holiday. Spending time in the villa was an absolute pleasure! The space and amenities were first class. The children loved their morning splash in the pool and the visits from the local 'goose ducks'. The complex was clean, quiet and easily commutable to all of the attractions. Every member of our party wished wished they didn't have to go home. Hopefully we will be able to return in the near future x

Hi Margie and Gary, We just returned home this evening from your beautiful villa. It is fabulous with lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The kids enjoyed the pool extremely well and the adults were able to relax nearby in the pool furniture. We grilled out 2 nights of the trip while the family swam up until dusk and ate outdoors during lunch breaks from the pool. It was a great vacation and would love to return in the future.
