This 1,450 sq.ft. 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located on Los Muertos Beach in Old Town/Zona Romantica and is located on the 7th floor on the North East corner,
the building itself is located on the beach.
The condo has been completely remodeled in Mexican style with local Mexican artwork. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an ocean view. The second bedroom has a King size bed and a view of the mountains to the South. Both bedrooms have walk in showers, no bath tubs. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances. The terrace has a nice beach and water view and seats six.
There are two color TVs, CD/radio player, DVD/VCR player. Ceiling fans in the kitchen, dining room, living room as well as in both bedrooms. Satellite TV, many English channels. Safe in condo for your use.
Broadband internet connection with desk in the master bedroom should you bring your laptop. (no charge).
There is basic maid service except Sunday and holidays. Maids do not do personal chores such as washing dishes etc.
English speaking reception desk is open 24/7 and we have security guards on duty.
