Additional features include radiant floor heating in the family room and gas fireplaces for cozy winter evenings (bear rug not included). The master bath features a soaking tub.
Living space is extended outdoors by patio, covered entranceway and walkways, ideal for summertime entertaining. Outdoor space is newly landscaped and surrounded by mature, native trees and plants.

Why the Owner Chose Boulder
The Piñon Rose has undergone quite a transformation in the past few years. It has been my vision all along to create a family friendly space, warm and comfortable, suitable for being a destination in itself. Well, it has actually happened, and I couldn’t be more excited. I am looking forward to meeting wonderful people and doing my share to help them enjoy the Boulder area in our incredible state of Colorado.

I have enjoyed living in Colorado for over 40 years, during which I have experienced the outdoors in both summer and winter. River rafting, hiking, and camping are my summer highlights, and, of course, skiing in the winter.
My lifelong hobby/passion is gardening, and before owning my own irrigation business I worked for a design/build landscape company and was very active in the State Agricultural Master Gardener Program.
I would be happy to share my knowledge of all growing things in the area and give garden tours through my personal garden.
