Why the Owner Chose Boulder
The Piñon Rose has undergone quite a transformation in the past few years. It has been my vision all along to create a family friendly space, warm and comfortable, suitable for being a destination in itself. Well, it has actually happened, and I couldn’t be more excited. I am looking forward to meeting wonderful people and doing my share to help them enjoy the Boulder area in our incredible state of Colorado.

I have enjoyed living in Colorado for over 40 years, during which I have experienced the outdoors in both summer and winter. River rafting, hiking, and camping are my summer highlights, and, of course, skiing in the winter.
My lifelong hobby/passion is gardening, and before owning my own irrigation business I worked for a design/build landscape company and was very active in the State Agricultural Master Gardener Program.
I would be happy to share my knowledge of all growing things in the area and give garden tours through my personal garden.

Suzanne, We were so pleased with our time here - 2 holidays and the birth of our first grandchild made for a perpetual celebration. The house is always filled with sunlight and completely private and quiet. Besides that it is wonderfully well-stocked and prettily decorated. We couldn't have asked for more, thank you, thank you, thank you!

Thank you for letting us stay at lovely Piñon Rose. The house and gardens were a relaxing, delightful homebase for our family during our summer break and visiting family. The kids enjoyed the croquet, exploring the gardens, and watching the wildlife. Best Wishes for the next year. Hopefully, we will see you again in Summer 2011.

Dear Ms. Brody, I am here courtesy of my employers at TD, Inc who have arranged for me and my three colleagues to stay here while we pack up some of the collections at the Natural History museum at the university. I have seldom enjoyed such comfortable, pleasant, well-appointed, and thoroughly charming accommodations. Your gardens have completely intoxicated my senses! Suzanne, You and Boulder will always hold a special place in my heart. Thanks so much for giving Jim and me time to slow down and breathe in the mountain air. I wish it could have been longer. Going back to London tomorrow but taking a bit of Boulder with me. This beautiful home, the Piñon Rose, will always be my oasis and a place I will tell my friends about.
