Recently, my family and I stayed in this apartment, Carlos, its owner, was very kind and helpful throughout the complete rental process and facilitated the details of our stay. He was a very attentive and hospitable host. Once in Penamar, we were surprised at how spacious and comfortable the property was. The property was clean, and all appliances were in good working condition. In my opinion, its most outstanding attraction is the beautiful view from its balcony. Every morning I would step outside and watch an amazing sunrise, as the boats from the marina headed out to sea. My kids, 2 teens and a 6 year old, enjoyed the pool, playground, and courts. They even met other kids and spent time playing with them. The environment at Penamar is quiet and serene, making relaxing quite easy. We enjoyed dinner at the closeby local restaurants some of which were at walking distance. Our experience at Penamar was great, and definitely one to repeat.

I just got back with my family from a great vacation. We had a total of 8 pepole stay in this condo and we where very comfortable. The condo had all furnishing you needed to make you feel at home. The view from the cond was beautiful. It is located close to the important sight seeing places and far enough to relacks from the fast city life. Carlos the owner was excellent in helping in anything we need. The place looked like he took pride in his condo. I would recommend to stay in his condo anytime. We hope to stay again next year.

Wonderful place to go this condo and it's owner where great!!!! He work with us 150%. The pool was great the rooms felt like I was home. Thanks for all can't wait till next year. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

We were initially little panicked as it's our first rental vacation home but it ended up a perfect place for us. We would highly recommend this condo because the price fee is very reasonable and the location of the condo is very close to all the activity places like ferry dock to islands, El Yunque National Rain Forest, Bio Bay etc. and not far away from San Juan city. This condo is located in a gated community on the 5th floor, being on 5th floor it offered a great ocean view from balcony and master bed room. We stayed in the 3 bedroom condo and it was perfect for 8 members. The rooms are clean and spacious and the beds so comfortable. There was plenty of room for all the members to dress and get make up done. Private Ocean view, access to fitness center, 4 pools until 10.45 P.M are few of the best features this Condo has. The kitchen in the condo has everything you could need for cooking. We had great weekend in the condo that we can never forget. We are extremely happy and satisfied and we would like to re-rent it in the future. Carlos, the condo owner is one of the nicest guys we ever met; he is patient, responsive, and very helpful. He is always there (on the phone) whenever we needed him.

This is a super lovely rental apartment with spacious and clean rooms, full amenities and helpful owner. The balcony allows you to have a fantastic sunrise view of the sea. As Carlos, the owner, told me, the apartment is way better than what the pictures show. And that's absolutely true. I'll definitely recommend it to everyone and would like to come back again. Gracias!!

This condo was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is gorgeous (morning and night). We felt very secure there and the security was courteous and polite. Everything we wanted to see was within minutes. The condos' location and easy accessibility is great for any age group (are party included teen, adults, child, elderly we all loved it). The owner was also very informative, friendly and courteous throughout the whole transaction and available for calls and assistance throughout our stay. I will definitely recommend and go back again to this beautiful condo and location.

Just got home after one of the best stays ever. Carlos has the best setup possible, with a family friendly condo and room for all of them. All the amenities were perfect...the pools...the basketball court...wieght room, the list gos on and on. His help with activities and the area was great too. Everything being so close has made this condo a favorite for my family of 6. The beaches and local attractions were incredible, but staying at nice place just topped it off. The views were amazing too and I recomend any family of any size or kids of any age too pick a winner with this condo. Me and my family thank you.

Thank you Carlos for a wonderful vacation. My family of 6 loved the condo. It was clean and spacious and had EVERYTHING we could possible need. Anyone who is looking for a rental in Fajardo should rent this condo. Carlos supplied towels, sheets, toiletries, laundry detergent and EVERYTHING you could possibly need. We even found a cooler and snorkel gear which my kids and husband loved. (I made sure to clean them thoroughly with sanitizer after we used them) :o) Really, all you need is a change of clothes and nothing else. My kids loved the bunk beds and eating breakfast on the patio. Every night we swam in one of the three swimming pools and just relaxed the night away after sightseeing all day. I LOVED our stay here. I will definitely come again. Thanks again Carlos!

my family and i recently stayed at pena mar ocean club.when we walked in it was truly beautiful.it was comfortable and clean.it is well taken care of.the property is gated and we felt very safe there.my kids loved it.it was wonderful to see our children laugh and enjoy the pool.they went from pool to pool. they had 3 pools.they had a gym to wake up early and do exercise.tennis court.it was just amazing,mr.bermudez was always there calling to see if we were ok or if we needed anything.he was great and very helpful..it was convenient to the rain forest..beautiful beaches and shopping.mr bermudez was a honest and kind person to work with. i would suggest this property to other vacationers. and as for us we will again go to pena mar room 1209....thank you mr bermudez for making our vacation a memorial one.. george and i thank you

I had a group of 8 ppl staying at this condo in early June when we visited Fajardo. This place fit us perfectly and it looks exactly the same as the pictures show, spacious, cozy, clean and almost like brand-new. The location is also great, very accessible to nearby tourist attractions. The property owner and the security guards at the gate were very helpful in giving us directions and planning our trip. My friends and I will definitely come back visit sometime, and I would recommend to everyone who are planning a relaxing vacation in Fajardo.

We had a party of 8 people and the condo fit us perfectly. Eerything in this property is clean and almost brand new, and looks exactly like what the pictures show.The owner and the security guards at the door were really helpful in giving us directions and information. The location is also perfect, very accessible to nearby toursit attractions and local restaurents. I would recommend to everyone who is seeking for a relaxing vacation in Fajardo.

My family and I loved our stay at Peña Mar Ocean Club! Carlos was great, very hospitable and only a phone call away. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and then some. The view is spectacular! This place is great for all groups of people whether you're planning a relaxing or busy vacation. The complex has all kinds of amenities you can enjoy and is only a short distance from many other attractions in Fajardo. If that is not enough, you can drive less than 10 minutes to catch a ferry to Culebra or Vieques islands! We had an amazing few days!!! Would love to go back!

I would recommend staying here to any friend. The condo was secure, and located near the ferries to Culebra and Vieques; minutes from some of the best beaches, and within 30 minutes to El Yunque. Yet it was away from downtown and in a beautifully landscaped setting. TV reception was great. My 78 year old mother was able to move around the condo with ease, and kids love the 3 outdoor pools. The condo is on the fifth floor, so it gets quite a cross breeze and dining on the balcony is wonderfully breezy and quiet. The elevator was always available, and parking plentiful. I can't say enough about this condo and the honesty and character of the owner.
