Three bedroom home with pool. the home is very nicely appointed with all necessary amenities except personal items. Swimming pool with nicely landscaped surroundings and is a great home to have an outdoor gatherings as well as intimate dinner parties and small gatherings such as luncheons and dinners. Stone fireplace in living/family room that looks onto garden and pool.
I hope to sponsor, in the future, small events to honor loved ones and create harmony between people. My business partner can also be hired to teach salsa dance lessons and we both can create theme parties.

Year Purchased: 2006
I have multiple interests that can play a part in the desirability of renting this home. I own Presentations Salon & Rx Day Spa and some of our services could be brought to this location. I also love to study foods from around the world and how to prepare them. I love creating from the garden and what is fresh and available at the moment. Therefore, I can cater for small gatherings and intimate dinner parties.
Why the Owner Chose Kansas City
I did not intend this home to be a rental vacation home. Because of the current economy and the house was not sold after being on the market awhile, I thought this would be a great way to utilize the home and the pool.
The Unique Benefits of this Home
The home has a great stone fireplace and even just looking at the stone work is enjoyable. The family/living room looks out over the garden and the pool. I love any kind of water; my husband says I will pull up a deck chair to a dripping faucet! I have enjoyed landscaping the front and back yard and have done a great deal of brick work to the patio and the pool area.
