"Sunny Side Up" is a 3 bedroom 2 bath ground floor front unit condo. The condos were built in 2007. They are built with comfort & style in mind. It features the split bedroom plan with all 3 bedrooms having walk-in closets. Nine ft. smooth ceilings throughout. Granite counter tops in the kitchen.
Screened in patio on the front makes this a wonderful place just to relax and enjoy that "glass of sweet tea". It is tastefully decorated with a leather sofa & chair in the family room. Queen size beds in two of the bedrooms and a set of bunk beds in the other bedroom. There are 4 TVs in all with each bedroom having its own TV and in the family room. The unit comes with cable TV and Wi-Fi. It is fully furnished. It is within walking distance to a Super Center Wal-Mart, in the surrounding area are: pharmacies, restaurants,Golf Courses (The Wharf Golf, Craft Farms, Kiva Dunes, Cotton Creek Club, Gulf State Park), Private Island Adventures Miniature golf and a large Track Recreation Center (Go-carts, Bungee Jumping, Water rides & more), or party at The Wharf or at Gulf Shores most popular "The Hang Out". If you are looking for the night life, there will be plenty of place that you will find. We also have the popular boat races and even a "Mullet Toss". The weather for October- March will have cool days and cool nights, great for checking the other attractions near by like Specialty Shops in Fairhope, AL. We choose to invest in the Foley area because it is a true diamond out there that is a well kept secret. You are one block from lots of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. You are also approx. 6 miles from Gulf Shores & Orange Beach. Therefore you are just far enough away that you can enjoy the attractions and the piece and quiet.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This ground floor unit is ideally situated on the front so that you can enjoy the view of what is going on around you and also so that you can have as much privacy as you want. You can enjoy the beautiful gated pool area that features 3 waterfalls and a "kiddie" pool. There are lots of "sunny" areas and also some covered areas for those that are not sun worshipers. There are also plenty of covered areas for you to enjoy outside picnics.
South on Hwy 59 to right on Pride Ave. Left at 4 way stop to Pine St, right to Park Ave. Left into Park Ave condos, Unit #202 is on the right side of the complex.

My husband and I were both born and raised here. We love this area. We have raised our 2 children here as well. We love the idea that we can the go to beach for a week or just for the day. We would never want to live any where else.
