8 BEDROOMS - 3 King + 1 Queen + 8 Twin:
6 walk-in closets. 8 TVs in the house. The three spacious en-suite master bedrooms have US King-size beds (UK Superking) with telephones, one of which is situated on the ground floor for easy access. The bedroom #4 has US Queen-size bed (UK Kingsize).Bedrooms #5,6,7 and 8 are also beautifully and newly furnished, each has twin beds with easy access to a bathroom. There are two additional full sized roll away single beds. A cot, full size crib,high chair and strollers are provided free of charge.
5 BATHROOMS:
All bathrooms are chic, modern and spacious with marble vanity units. The en-suite to master bedroom 1 is exceptionally luxurious with ‘His & Hers’ vanity units, a large Roman style tub and a huge shower cubicle.
Eat-In-KITCHEN AND DINING AREAS:
The modern state-of-the-art Kitchen is fully equipped with granite work surfaces, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge freezer with on tap ice and chilled water. A stylish breakfast area adjoins the kitchen and overlooks the pool. Adjacent to the kitchen is the main dining area which provides a more formal setting.
There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities.
LIVING AREAS:
The villa has a magnificent family room with HI-FI, cable TV and VCR facilities.

The villa boasts a fully equipped and air conditioned games room (very rare in vacation house) with pool table, foosball, dartboard, TV, VCR and Hi-Fi.

South facing garden with extra large (30'L * 15'W, 3 Ft. to 6 Ft.) private fully screened swimming pool, underwater lighting and Jacuzzi spa. An extended deck area with sun loungers, patio furniture and barbeque.

Within Hampton Lakes there is a communal volleyball court, floodlit tennis and basketball courts, a children’s play area and large outdoor swimming pool.

The following attractions are a mere 15 minute drive away:
Disney’s World Resort comprising; Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon Water Parks, not forgetting Downtown Disney.
Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, and Islands of Adventure are all within a 30 minute drive away.
Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach on the Atlantic Coast, The Golden Beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg on the beautiful Gulf Coast are all approximately 1 hour away.
2. Golf Courses:
There are 15 excellent golf courses within a 15 mile radius, the nearest Highlands Reserve being just 2 minutes away. The vast choice caters for all standards and pockets, and includes highly prestigious Southern Dunes Golf Club, which is ranked in the US Top 100.
Don’t forget Disney’s 99 holes of golf which comprises 5 championship courses and one 9 hole course.
