Come visit our charming, welcoming home. We have two bedrooms downstairs, two more upstairs, and a large roomy loft with a trundle bed and spacious sitting area. The home sleeps 12 comfortably in beds. The family room is large and homey with an enormous fireplace and huge windows to enjoy the woodsy creek view. The kitchen is well equipped and opens to the dining area, which in turn opens to the family room...GREAT FOR ENTERTAINING! Flat driveway with garage. Skiers and boarders need only walk out to the street to be picked up and brought to the world renowned North Star Ski Resort. Don't ski or snowboard, no worries, the Village at Northstar has ice skating, great restaurants, and shopping for that retail therapy we all need.
Renters are invited to enjoy the clubhouse, which features Health Spa, swimming pools, hot tubs, exercise center and game room.
The charming town of Truckee is just a 10 minute drive, or venture 15 minutes in the opposite direction to see Beautiful Lake Tahoe, and enjoy gambling and shows at the casinos.

I am a mom with 3 children. I live in the Bay Area, but my close friend lives in Truckee and helps me to keep our Tahoe getaway maintained.
Why the Owner Chose Northstar
My family and I have always loved Lake Tahoe. We bought this home a few years back because we have found that our best memories are here in Northstar.

I love the tranquility of our home, while my kids are occupied day and night. They are always having fun whether it is winter sports or summer play...we cannot get enough!

Stayed over Thanksgiving and cannot wait to return later in the season. Great old Tahoe style home, quiet and very conveniently located. Has all the amenities, and owners are friendly as can be. Can't say enough good things.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
